Hotel Portmany
Sleep within history, as Hotel Portmany was the first hotel to open in Ibiza in the 1930s. Since then, it's been renovated and adapted into two floors of apartments with natural tones and textures, like woven lampshades, leafy plants, and egg-shaped swinging chairs. The lower floor has studio apartments, with some offering an open plan with dining areas near the bed. The top-floor units have an upper loft area and two beds, so they work well for groups or families with older children and feel more like apartments with separate sleeping and dining areas. All have modern and stylish kitchens and bathrooms.
As an apartment hotel, the only amenities here are the eateries. You'll find two restaurants on the ground floor, La Cantina Portmany and La Cantina Canalla. One offers an international menu with a little bit of everything, from local cuisine to Italian, Asian, and even Tex-Mex. The other is a Peruvian and Japanese fusion eatery. Learn more
Hotel Boutique & Spa Las Mimosas
You'll find Hotel Boutique & Spa Las Mimosas just outside Ibiza's western city, Sant Antoni de Portmany, a few minutes' walk from the sea and several eateries. In the center of the property, an outdoor pool sits surrounded by sunbeds, tall palms, and leafy plants. The pool bar serves light fare until 8:00 pm, but you can enjoy dinners at the on-site restaurant with its wood-fired oven and Mediterranean menu. Relax in the spa or partake in Ibizan tradition with sunrise or sunset yoga classes.
As for the rooms, you'll choose from junior and conventional suites, all with basic decor and neutral tones. All rooms have sofa beds, furnished terraces, and views of the pool or the sea. Enjoy natural elements like wooden benches, nightstand plants, and woven straw mats, and grab one of the junior suites if you'd like your own soaking tub. Learn more

Ca's Pla
An adults-only property, Ca's Pla is a rural hotel on a hillside just south of the cove at Sant Miquel. The renovated property has a rustic feel yet offers modern rooms with cozy furnishings. Some rooms feel a little too modern and don't fit the property's history (think stark black, white, and red decor), but most still offer a comfortable country-like stay. Even the standard rooms are bigger than most hotels, and the suites are spacious, adding perks like antique furniture or outdoor terraces.
Inside the main building, you'll find two communal lounges with comfy furnishings, plus a small gym and wellness area with a sauna and hot tub. You can relax in the garden with a covered terrace and bohemian-like furniture or swim in the pool, with its honesty bar and terrace overlooking a valley and offering forest and sea views. Learn more
Tropicana Ibiza Suites
Tropicana Ibiza Suites is another adults-only option and a fairly quirky hotel channeling the film "Cocktail," so you get splashes of neon colors and Art Deco vibes. It's undoubtedly a niche hotel and not for everyone. Still, all rooms are spacious junior suites with kitchenettes, sofas, and private balconies, each embracing the name of a cocktail, such as a mojito and cosmopolitan. Neon colors, white furnishings, wooden elements, curved architecture, and palm tree decals keep the "Cocktail" vibe going.
A Tropicana hotel wouldn't be complete without an outdoor pool meshing hot pink and neon green. You'll also find sunbeds, loungers, and a bar serving drinks and snacks near the pool. You can relax on the outdoor patio or the lounge with leather seating. Learn more
