Balthali Village Trek - 3 Days
For those with only a few days to spare in Nepal, the 3-day Balthali Village trek will give you a taste of trekking in Nepal. The trailhead of this trek is easily reached within an hour's drive from the center of Kathmandu. You'll have the option to stay in very nice accommodations on this trek, or you can opt for more standard teahouses.
Ghandruk Trek - 3 Days
This classic 3-day Ghandruk trek in the Pokhara region leads you through vegetable paddies and stone stairs to the picturesque village of Ghandruk. The views on Annapurna south are spectacular.
Kalinchowk Temple Trek - 4 Days
The trailhead of the Kalinchowk trek can be reached in just half a day from Kathmandu. The trail follows a high ridgeline with great views on the Annapurna range. Note: you need to camp on this trek.

Ghorepani Trek - 4 Days
The Ghorepani / Poon Hill trek, in the Pokhara region, leads trekkers to the famous viewpoint of Poon Hill. The usual route follows a loop via Ghandruk on the way out.
Lower Mustang Trek - 6 Days
Another great option in the Annapurna region is to fly to Jomsom, via Pokhara, and get a taste of the Mustang area which resembles Tibet. The 6-day Lower Mustang trek is in the rain shadow of the Himalayas, making this a great trek for the monsoon.
Khopra Danda - 6 Days

Everest Panorama Trek - 5-10 Days
This trek takes you into the heart of the Everest region of Nepal. After a spectacular flight to Lukla, you'll hike the first 4 days of the Everest Base Camp trail until you reach Tengboche Monastery with its amazing views of Ama Dablam. Here are a few great itineraries ranging from 5 - 10 days, for travelers who want to trek in the Everest region but who have limited time. For travelers on a higher budget, there are several ways to make your Everest trek a more luxurious experience, using higher-end lodging and optionally including helicopter rides in your itinerary to see more of the Everest region in less time.
Langtang Trek - 8 Days
The Langtang Valley Trek is a perennial favorite in Nepal, due to its expansive views, Tamang culture, relatively gentle pace and easy access from Kathmandu. The 2015 earthquake caused massive destruction in Langtang, and the valley was closed for visitors for over a year. Now that the trail and lodges have been rebuilt, Langtang is back.
