All tours were great, almost everyone was very knowledgeable and made the trips very enjoyable. Got to learn a lot of history and culture while having a great time. Our tour guide in Rothenburg was fantastic (sorry, can’t remember her name) as well as our tour guide in Prague. Upgraded car service to and from the airport and the upgraded castle tour/bus really elevated the experience. Everything was so planned out in exact detail that there was nothing to worry about. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Berlin. The Christmas Market provided a local perspective. The rickshaw tour was very informative however a microphone with earbuds might be useful. It was difficult to hear the driver as he was looking forward. Still, Hugo and his brother, we're great!

The hotels in Prague and Munich were in wonderful locations and we could walk to so many fun sights and activities. The Spinnerhof Hotel in the Black Forest was in a beautiful setting. All hotels had helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast to enjoy every morning.
Blacklane provided our transfers between airports, hotels and train stations. The Blacklane drivers were always punctual, courteous and helpful. Wonderful service provided.
Our Prague tour guides Ernestena, Alzbeta and Dalibora were knowledgeable, interesting and fun to be with.

Our guide Dalibora provided a wonderful tour with many learnings along the way. While the rain fell fairly heavy that day, it did not stop us from completing our hike and boat ride. The lunch location was perfect to dry out a bit and enjoy a delicious meal.
