The hotel is on Valencia's Malvarrosa Beach, offering easy access to the Mediterranean Sea and a marina with various beachfront/water activities. The tradeoff is that you'll be far from the city's historic core, which requires a 20-minute drive. You could also take the tram or metro and get close to the main sites, including the Valencia Cathedral, in about 35 minutes.
