• This is a good option if you'd like to stay near the train station, as you'll be next to Valencia Nord and a 10-minute walk from the València Joaquín Sorolla station. 
• Though the rooms are a little plain and basic, you can upgrade for more space and a private terrace.
• Despite being a standard hotel, you can access a fitness center with modern equipment and a sauna. 
• There's a comfy lounge and on-site parking, too.

Cons

• Besides breakfast and bar service on the rooftop, there aren't any other dining options at the hotel (though you are within walking distance of many eateries).

Authenticity

Hotel Zenit in Valencia renovated a historic building into a modern, though slightly dated, accommodation. You can enjoy the charming facade and views of the Old Town from the rooftop but expect a contemporary feel inside. 

Location

You'll find Hotel Zenit right next to the Valencia Nord train station and a 10-minute walk (or four-minute taxi ride) to the main València Joaquín Sorolla station. So it's a great option for an early train departure in the morning. And even though you'll be close to the train stations, you can still walk to all the major sites. Plaça de l'Ajuntament is just a four-minute stroll, Mercado Central is 10 minutes on foot, and walking to the Valencia Cathedral will take just 12 minutes.

The rooms at Hotel Zenit in Valencia are pretty typical of a simple, standard hotel, with basic decor and furnishings. Still, the units are modern and clean, including the bathrooms, and offer amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar.
