• Enjoy the beautiful island countryside, as the property is a working organic farm with chickens and a fruit orchard, plus surrounded by neighboring farmland and vineyards.
• The owners are designers and created a unique space in each room, some a bit more eclectic than others, but all with antique furnishings, modern bathrooms, and preserved details from the farm. 
• The highest-tiered suite has a separate living room and a large outdoor terrace with furniture and flowers. 
• Since the hotel is not far from the island's highway, you can easily zip around and visit coves, beaches, and towns in just 20 minutes. 
• You'll have a large breakfast spread each morning (late breakfast available upon request) featuring eggs and fruit from the farm, plus homemade jams, cakes, and sourdough bread. 
• Dinner is also available upon request, though the property hosts Friday dinners in the fall with a tasting menu.

• Because the rooms differ in design, some decor might not appeal to everyone, so you might want to request a specific unit. 
• Though you can request dinner in advance, it's not a regularly provided meal service. 

Authenticity

You'll stay on an authentic farm in Ibiza's countryside, one with plenty of palms, bougainvillea, olive groves, and fruit trees. A couple from Austria—two creative designers—decided to turn this little oasis into a hotel, and you'll find lots of their personal style throughout the rooms and common spaces. 

Location

Legado Ibiza Finca is a good choice if you'd like to be in the island's countryside but close to the city and coast. The hotel is off a major road, so exploring the area is pretty easy. You'll be a 20-minute drive from both the idyllic swimming spot at Cala Olvera and the historic Castle of Ibiza, yet you'll be in a sprawling garden surrounded by shrubby hills.  

Rooms & Bathrooms

Designed by the owners, the rooms feature an aesthetic that they call "Haute-boho" or "artisan vintage." No two rooms are identical, and all honor the property's agricultural past. You'll enjoy antique furniture and decor, textiles with earthy tones, and preserved elements like original doors and floors. Despite the rustic vibe, all have modern comforts and bathrooms, plus outdoor spaces like terraces or patios. Some upgraded units add in-room soaking tubs and/or seating areas. 

Other Highlights

The outdoor saltwater pool is a relaxing spot, as it features countryside views, sunbeds, and a bar. Breakfast includes produce and eggs right from the farm, and you can request late breakfast and personalized dinners. You'll enjoy your meal outside on the terrace in the warmer months, and in the fall, the farm features dinners with a five-course tasting menu on Fridays. 

Sustainability

As a former Finca (farm), Legado maintains the property's heritage by keeping it as a working organic farm on nearly nine acres (3.5 hectares) of farmland. As another sustainability measure, the outdoor pool is chlorine-free, using natural saltwater to stay clean. The hotel also uses vegan toiletries, produces drinking water using a reverse osmosis system, and features Ibiza's first and only specialty coffee roastery, run locally using ethical and organic beans.
