• You can also relax in the indoor lounge, which feels a bit 80s with its leather furniture. 
• If you want to be close to Platja d'en Bossa, this is a good option, as the start of this large stretch of fluffy sand is just a five-minute walk from the hotel. 

Cons

• The theme and decor won't appeal to everyone, so this is definitely a specialty hotel for those looking for these specific vibes!
• The hotel's pool area is open to the public and not very large, so it could get a little busy. 

Authenticity

Though not necessarily authentic to Ibiza alone, you can step back in time to the 1980s, as the film Cocktail inspired this tropical hotel. Bright colors, 80s Miami, Ocean Drive, and Art Deco all come together to create a kitsch atmosphere perfect for those wanting to live out their blockbuster dreams. 

Location

Tropicana Ibiza Suites is down the coast from Ibiza Town and a quick five-minute walk from the start of ​​Platja d'en Bossa, a long sandy stretch with cafés and other eateries. You'll be one block from the main road, a busy street lined with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops, so it's not the most charming location. Though you'll find another beach just down the street, you can easily jump on the highway to explore the area and find better stretches of coastline. The airport is a six-minute drive, Ibiza's Old Town is 15 minutes, and picturesque Cala d’Hort is 25 minutes away.

All rooms at Tropicana Ibiza are junior suites with air conditioning, minibars, kitchenettes with Smeg refrigerators, sofas, private balconies, and stylish Marshall speakers. Each unit embraces the name of a cocktail, such as a mojito and cosmopolitan.
