How Many Days to Spend in Argentina

This was a dream trip that we have wanted to take for decades, and working with your company made it so easy to plan and very rewarding to experience. Augustine was very helpful to work with and we appreciated that she replied quickly to each question or concern we had. It was so enriching to have local guides that were so knowledgeable and helpful. Having all our domestic flights arranged for and checked in for us was so luxurious! Having drivers arranged in advance that also texted us the night before was so reassuring and simple. We appreciated how knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly all the guides were.
One thing that we appreciated was that your group new the details of each area we visited and even avoided problems other travelers may have had. That was a real plus.

Hotel Reviews
Posada 21 Oranges
Puerto Iguazú

We liked being out in the countryside instead of right in town. The pool was really nice and we ended up meeting and associating with other travelers there. We liked the rooms with the rock walls. The grounds were very nice and had pretty flowers. The staff was helpful to us when we needed to figure out taxis and providing us breakfast extra early because we had to leave early.

Koi Aiken
El Calafate

We liked that this hotel had a nice view of Lago Argentino. The staff was also very helpful when we needed to make arrangements to buy tickets to the national park.

Awwa Suites & Spa
Buenos Aires

The rooms were very nicely appointed. We used the pool each night to relax and unwind. The staff were so helpful. It was located near one of Eva Peron's homes and so that was nice to tour. It was located by nice parks and restaurants. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was luxurious.

Authenticity & Character
Nice rooms, comfortable beds, easy to pronounce and remember the name of the hotel. Nice street with trees.
Location
close to parks, restaurants and one of Eva Peron's homes
Staff
Exchanged money for us, helped with the computer, friendly, answered questions
Cleanliness & Comfort
Very clean, great location, comfortable beds.
Hostería Patagonia Jarke
Ushuaia

The bed was not king size and not comfortable. We were first shown a room with a terrible view, and when we asked, were moved to room with a wonderful view. The staff was nice. The location was great. We could walk to everything we wanted to do.

Perito Moreno Glacier & Safari Azul
Perito Moreno Glacier & Safari Azul
Argentina

The Perito Moreno Glacier and Safari Azul was an incredible experience. We were on a boat and saw the glacier calving, which was absolutely stunning. The naturalist on board enriched our understanding, letting us get up close and personal. Even though we didn't walk on the glacier, the whole experience felt magical and unique. A must-do activity!

Half day tour to the Iguazú Falls (Brazilian side)
Half day tour to the Iguazú Falls (Brazilian side)
Argentina

Visiting the Iguazú Falls, especially the part where we explored the Brazilian side, was breathtaking. The guide made a huge difference in enhancing our appreciation for the place. It was an outstanding experience, and the waterfalls were surreal.

Day trip to Tierra del Fuego National Park
Day trip to Tierra del Fuego National Park
Ushuaia

Our Day trip to Tierra del Fuego National Park was magnificent, thanks to the guide who accompanied us. He made the site come alive with stories and facts, and we even got to walk a bit on one of the islands. This guided exploration was invaluable and added so much depth to our visit.

Family dinner in Calafate
Family dinner in Calafate
El Calafate

The family dinner in Calafate wasn't quite to my taste. It was different from our expectations and felt more centered around wine, which we don't drink. It wasn't really what we were hoping for, and we would probably not do it again.

Tango & cena show at El Viejo Almacen
Tango & cena show at El Viejo Almacen
Buenos Aires

The Tango and dinner show at El Viejo Almacen was a great introduction to Argentina and its culture. The performance was beautiful, especially with the Gaucho dancers. We had experienced something similar on a grander scale in Mexico City, but this was still a wonderful evening.

Our trip was a bit complicated due to having 9 men traveling together. KimKim was a tremendous help selecting housing, arranging transportation and selecting the appropriate activities. Everything was comfortable and reliable. Our adventures were memorable, challenging and educational lead by likable guides. We had a fun day at the ranch and glacier with Pablo. He is a professional guide in every way. Our kayaking leaders stressed safety, educated us on geology and provided an overall fun day on the river. We loved Nacho who picked us up, taught us about the natives of the area and fed us in the cave.
In El Chalten we enjoyed our breathtaking hikes and the charming town. We must mention Lucia and Martina at our hotel who went above and beyond making our experience ideal. They helped us translating, choosing restaurants, planning hikes and addressed any and every needs we requested. And they did it all with big smiles and charming personalities. They were perfect hostesses.
This group of old friends now have wonderful new memories of Argentina. Perfect trip
