Hi we had the best time in Croatia. Nikola planned a wonderful trip for us and helped me zone in on what we wanted to see. There are so many options. Our goal was to island hop so we could experience the beaches and wonderful clear water and learn about the history of Croatia. In Split we met with Ivana who gave us the run down of the history there and then took us to Krka National Park. Great experience. We made it thru the park in record time which was ideal because of the heat and crowds. The waterfalls are something to see. Split's history was awesome. After 3 days there we took a Catamaran to Hvar for beach time.... We had a wonderful speed boat day trip that included the Blue Cave, some swimming and dinner at a local restaurant. Food was excellent as well as the tour operators. Our trip to Starigrad on Hvar provided quite a bit of info on the local exports of wine and lavender. The Guide has is own winery -where we tasted their wines and discussed his bicycle touring company.. Another great local meal at a local restaurant. Then it was off to Korcula where we had independent time touring the downtown area, beaches and cafes. Our final stop was Dubrovnik, where another Ivana took us around the city. Amazing- awe inspiring fortress. Great food, history and overall experience. I recommend making a reservation at the Panorama Restaurant (accessible by cable car) for a great meal and excellent views. All our hotels were perfectly situated ....

I worked with Tina on the Kimkim team to plan a 5 day trip to the island of Korcula. She was truly fantastic to work with as she was kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough in planning an adventurous, yet relaxing time for our family of 10, including 8 young adults in their 20's and 30's. She arranged a bicycle tour, as well as a walking tour for us with John, who was our guide. The tour included stops at wineries, honey, fig and olive farms. John, as well as the staff at these family run businesses were kind, generous and just plain fun to be with while hearing the history of farming and popular foods in Korcula. John was very helpful, humorous and a pleasure to spend time with. We also went on a water adventure day on a small yacht with Rocco and Zoran touring us around Korcula's beautiful islets, where our family went sea kayaking and snorkelling through crystal clear waters while taking in breathtaking views. Zoran even caught an octopus for us to hold and admire before placing it back into the water! The highlight of the water adventure day was to visit a secluded beach with a family run restaurant called the Extravaganza. Here, we ate the freshest and best outdoor oven roasted red snapper and John Dory fish, and side dishes, in our lives, and rated our culinary experience as one of the top 5 meals that we have ever had. Wow! As well, our dinners out in Korcula and Lumbarda were all fantastic! Thank you kindly for a wonderful memorable trip.

Everything was excellent at the Hotel Dorsal. The staff were professional, kind, caring, patient, and extremely helpful to all of us with our questions and needs. Hotel Dorsal is beside a private, lovely, small beach. There is a great view from the hotel and it is central to Korcula Town where there are shops to explore and many restaurants for dining. The hotel is also close to water taxis and other adventure tour access points.

Joseph was amazing. She had passion for her country and culture. Shared her own love of sports celebrities from Croatia. Shared the concert locations she loves to frequent. She shared where she likes to vacation. And of course she was wealth of knowledge about Zagreb's history, architecture and all the little secrets. I really loved the story about where the Nazi's stored their weapons and how it was flooded. We loved the furnicular. And it was so special to be there when locals dressed as historical book characters and stopped to talk to you in that time period. Joseph told us about the books and how she read them growing up. This was so special.

This was my favorite excursion. The blue cave was captivating and were there at a great time for the light to be vibrant. The wait was really long but ,maybe those who run the caves can pre-book the tours at a certain time. I loved island hopping. The check-in experience prior to leaving wasn't great. The woman said they didn't have my name when it was clearly there and she was rude.

Dubrovnik is the most striking of all the cities we saw. The layout and town center really made you feel like you went back in time. Our guide Mr. Alberto was such an interesting person. He played piano professionally and spoke about the arts in Croatia. He had such love for his city having grown up there. He also spoke about the challenges with the increase in tourism. He recommended dinner locations which is always helpful.

We had the best time!! Thanks for everything and everything so perfectly planned. Kids are exhausted but that's to be expected. We really enjoyed Rovinj and wish we had more time for the beaches. Zagreb was so charming and easy to explore. The cannon at noon scared us even though we were waiting for it. In Plitvice we had the best tour guide. She even showed us the news report of her and her friends knitting winnie warmers hahaha. Thanks for all your work on this trip!!

Our trip to Croatia organized by Nikola was amazing, everything was well planned and organized. Our accommodations were as expected, and personal hired for transportation and tours amazing. This is my third time with Kim Kim and will continue to use it’s services. Nikola was always and daily in contact with me about our tours and daily activities. Did an amazing work.

While the planning leading up to the trip went well, in-country was a different story. There were a number of occasions where the itinerary wasn't clear on meeting points or how we would recognize/find our guide, which caused confusion within our large travel group and created more work for me, as the local specialist unfortunately made me the de facto trip leader. The ratio of time spent liaising with the local specialist while in country relative to enjoying my time in country was off. There was also a lot of confusion coordinating airport transfers home, and I finally had to tell the local specialist to please work with the travelers in our group directly instead of through me (note, at least one of our travelers was proactively trying to work with the local specialist directly, but the local specialist would not answer her and instead would come to me). She did so, but was somewhat unprofessional about it, getting defensive and blaming us directly to us for the confusion. I acknowledge that this group did not make it easy on her (as she pointed out to us on more than one occasion, not everyone added their flight info on the platform or did so in a timely manner), but I'm not sure it's a best practice in customer service or hospitality to blame the customer.

One smaller note -- one of the hotels was supposed to provide breakfast but didn't. A refund for that would be nice.

We had a great time but it wasn't at all what was described in the itinerary, so marking down for that reason.

Arranging the guide was very easy. Maslinka was one of the best guides I've had - and I've been to over 70 countries. She's very knowledgeable about the local areas we visited, as well as the overall macroeconomic topics dominating Croatia. Would highly recommend her.

I (49M) and my two kids (F16, M13) had a phenomenal time!
Antonia was fantastic working with us to build the right itinerary, with plenty of fun activities, down time, and wonderful accommodations. As well, we had several calls ahead of the trip wherein she provided numerous recommendations for things to do, as well as tips for navigating about the countries we were visiting.

Throughout the trip, the kimkim team checked-in every day to ensure all was well, and that we had whatever necessary vouchers and/or travel details for the next day. This really allowed me to relax and lean into enjoying my time with my kids rather than stressing about getting ahead of the next day's itinerary or managing the small details.

Although the region was experiencing an unprecedented heatwave, it thankfully didn't limit us from exploring much (we did bow out of 1 or 2 hard hikes when temps peaked over 94º / 34º, but given we were on the coasts and often in the water, we had a blast. We felt welcome by the locals everywhere we went, and the food was delicious everywhere we ate.

Kim Kim makes planning easy. I traveled with my family, kids are 26, 19, 18, and 15. Our vacation planner, Bruno, was readily available to answer any questions during our stay. Bruno also offered help in organizing activities not on the schedule. He was very helpful. All transportation was well organized and easy to follow. Trip was excellent. Only one hotel was not an ideal lodging option. Plitvice Holiday Resort Treehouses were awesome with a great pool. If you take a private speed boat Blue Cave tour, I suggest you pack a lunch. White water Kayaking was a highlight the kids loved. We did not stop for lunch till 4pm. Gorgeous country. I will definitely visit again in the future.

We had a wonderful time and everything went well except noted below. We enjoyed all our guides. Our guides to Mostar (Fran and driver) were most excellent, our whole family enjoyed them. Petra and the driver in Dubrovnik were also very excellent. All of our lodging was excellent. Our villa in Split did not have hot water for showers every morning and the hot tub was not warm most of the time so this was very annoying. We also asked for blankets after first day and never received it. Otherwise the villa was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the space very much. Thye last day our ride did not show but calling Tina at 5 am she promptly jumped on this and worked with our hotel to get a ride which we were able to get to airport in enough time. Tina did an excellent job, very professional and thorough.

I stayed at the Art Hotel Kalelarga in Zadar for three nights. The experience was really pleasant. The hotel is right in the middle of town, making it super convenient to get around and explore everything. The breakfast was pretty good, though it was the same every day. Personally, I don’t mind that, but I know some people might want more variety. Overall, it was a great stay and very comfortable.

The villa in Split was amazing in terms of size and location. It easily accommodated our whole group. However, there were a few issues. We didn’t have hot water on some mornings, so we had to take cold showers. The hot tub wasn’t warm for about three days, which was disappointing since we couldn’t use it. Also, the beds only had thin sheets, and despite asking for heavier blankets, they never arrived. There were some minor issues with the doors as well. Despite these hiccups, the outdoor area was fantastic, and it was perfect for our family gathering.

Trip of a lifetime! E-bike tour with Mislav in Konavale with lunch was a highlight. Mislav made it fun & memorable! Boat tour of eliphite islands with Ivan also a high point. Ivan was impressive with his knowledge of the area and fun to be with. We enjoyed our drive through the peljasic peninsula with Baldo and visit to Antisevic winery. Korcula and Lumbarda were the perfect finish with slower pace and plenty of time to relax , explore on our own and wade in the sea. Dubrovnik, Mostar, and Kotor were quite crowded and more touristy than expected, but interesting all the same. The history of Croatia is rich, the people are friendly and fun, the scenery magical. Sarah was there to answer every question and accommodate every step of the way!

Nikola was easy to work with and very understanding of our questions and last minute changes. He also knew the guides well and only recommended folks who he knew would be terrific.

Robi planned a spectacular trip for us that exceeded expectations. Every day was different and highlighted the best experiences in all different regions of Croatia. He contacted us every evening with the details of the next days plans and checked in every day to confirm that we were enjoying or answer any questions. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. The krka and Plitvice national parks were incredible. We loved the rafting trip down the Cetina. Traveling by ferry to the islands really broke up the trip and slowed it down to have time to relax on Hvar and korcula.

Bike riding through the vineyards was fantastic. Then visiting and hiking Ston was spectacular.

Nikola was fantastic to work with in planning my trip. He considered my preferences, made appropriate suggestions to maximize our family's time in Croatia and adjusted the final travel plan as needed to meet my budget. He was an absolute pleasure! We had a great trip along the coast of Croatia! Nikola was amazing at communicating and understanding our needs. The hotels we stayed at were fantastic and all recommendations for optional activates and restaurants were much appreciated. The timing of our days were also great. We truly enjoyed our time!

Our trip to Croatia was surely memorable. Because of the extreme heat, we got to experience a full-Balkan blackout, along with a forest fire being doused by our Canadian Water bombers. Fortunately, all was dealt with efficiently and effectively. The hotel selections were all very lovely and conveniently located., although the late night partiers were a bit of a problem in Split. Our walking guides were very knowledgeable but could have been a bit more enthusiastic. We particularly enjoyed our bike ride and guide in Hvar with a surprise bonus wine-tasting at the end. Sarah was very responsive and quick to answer questions when anything arose.

All the guides especially Ivana. Guide to village tour superb. Antonia in boat tours was very helpful and fantastic. I would have preferred to had a boat with cover. Slightly bigger boat. Becos of sun. Especially as it was a full day tour. Otherwise all went well. Thank u all
