• Upgraded rooms provide relaxing outdoor spaces, and some include private pools, hot tubs, and/or outdoor showers. 

Cons

• As a luxury property, the room interiors don't provide that elevated feel you might expect and fall flat with just simple furniture and design. 

Authenticity

It's hard not to feel completely connected to Mallorca's nature when perched atop some of its most beautiful cliffs. But you can also enjoy the island's history at Can Simoneta, as the hotel uses several 140-year-old restored buildings. Enjoy little historical charms like beamed ceilings, stone archways, and a wine cellar. 

Location

Can Simoneta truly embraces Mallorca's natural charm, placing you between forested hills dotted with villas and the sea. Though completely engulfed by nature, the beaches, shops, and eateries in Canyamel are all just about 10 minutes on foot. The hills to the west are part of a large hiking area, and you can stroll the coastal path leading to scenic coves and viewpoints. It's best to have a car or private transfer when traveling to/from the airport, as you'll be about one hour from Palma. 

Rooms & Bathrooms

With just 26 units, the hotel stays relatively relaxed and uses bright, natural tones to maintain that harmony. But with these simple, neutral colors, the rooms can feel a little plain. Still, all are comfortable and spacious, with seating areas and large, modern bathrooms. The highlight of the rooms is certainly the outdoor spaces, so you might want to upgrade to a unit with a terrace, sun loungers, and sea views, or grab one of the suites with a private pool, hot tub, and/or sunbed. 

Other Highlights

The property grounds are beautiful, and the hotel makes good use of its environment, such as with its outdoor pool, sun loungers throughout the garden, and al fresco dining with sea views at the restaurant. You can also book spa treatments, relax in the garden lounge, or stroll along the sea cliffs.
