This was the first time trying Kim Kim. Throughout they were so approachable, accessible and flexible to our needs in the tour to Argentina.
The trip itinerary was modified so many times, but they have been as patient and detailed every single time. Aappreciate Jimena and Hugh for their flexibility and professionalism.

The guidance provided by Nacho on how to navigate the Iguazu National park was spot on.
The boat/ship tour in El Calafate took us so close to the glacier and kept us there for sufficient duration for everyone to take some amazing pictures from every direction.
Andres, the cheerful tour guide in Usuaia, pampered us with chocolates. Something I was not expecting at all, and it showed how much they cared about the tourists.

Hugh also came to meet us on the last day, a very kind gesture, and guided us more on exploring Buenos Aires shopping areas and I finally got the one souvenir at the right price that I had been looking for, one fifth the price of what I was getting in some other shops.

This was the least interesting part of our trip. The lake is beautiful, but can be seen by hiking. This long boat trip takes you to Victoria Island, which was just an island with large redwood trees from California . This may be exciting for an older traveler, but took all afternoon just to see a park w trees. Would not recommend this. Use your time hiking, not on a boat ride.

Working with Juan Ignacio and McDermotts made what felt big feat a very easy endeavor. Within 4 weeks, Juan Ignacio helped us plan a 10-day, 3-city tour in Argentina, and we could not have had a better experience.

From mountain biking to airport pick up and drop off, everything was planned to perfection with top notch guides and earlier-than-on-time time pick up.
. Highlights included:
- Mountain bike ride and lake sailing in Bariloche- Villa Angostura with Facundo and his brother Nico
- Kayak and lunch at Estancia Bonanza in El Chalten
- Amazing views and scenery
- Bike ride in Buenos Aires
- 5 flights- all on time or early, 10 airport transfers- all private, 3 hotels- all 4 star, 8 excursions w/ meals

I would go this route again with future trip planning. All you need to do is let go and show up!

A ride to Villa Angostura- a smaller town north of San Carlos. This was one or favorite experiences with Facundo and Nico. We mountain biked with Facundo in the Arrayanes Forest- a forest of sacred trees native to the region. We also took a boat ride on the lake Nuahel Huapi. This was physically challenging at the beginning and we finished a relaxing sail I the afternoon with a home cooked meal prepared Nico.
