Walking distance from the most central parts of BA. Quiet one way street. Nice staff, good rooms. Good breakfast.

A little bit outside city centre, by easy to get there by taxi. Pleasant staff, nice stay!

What an experience! We loved it there! After knocking on the door and being let in, Polly charmed us all during the smell quiz and drinks mixing. Upstairs we participated in making our own food, and learned a lot about Argentinian body language through a crazy standup session. We also made friends with people around the table.

Very nice trip around Buenos Aires. At times we felt that the guide was rushing a bit, but I understand the schedule was tight. We had some time later, and I have been there twice before I took my kids around to several places to see a little bit more.

We had a beautiful trip with your guide Mathias who was very en gaged in giving us an introduction to the history of Montevideo. We also met him afterwards in a more private setting, very interesting to get to know him!

The bilingual guide had to share the group in two during the walking tour. This gave us som time on our own on this beautiful place. Nice surroundings, nice people - and the last part - wine tasting and meal at the restaurant was unforgettable.

We were met by your excellent guide Claudia who took us around and gave a most interesting lecture about wine making in Mendoza. The wine tasting tour brought us to different producers, one small and one big. At the small producer , Carinae, we were met by a very engaged winemaker who presented all details. We had a long chat there and really feel t welcomed by the staff. The big producer, Trapiche, was also a very nice experience, but due to lack of time we had to leave a little early.Fianlly we had a delicious lunch! What a day!

We meat Claudia again, and her most interesting history and geography lecture continued. What a pleasure to have a well qualified guide! One stop in Uspallata before we continued with a visit at the Inca bridge before we entered Aconcagua Park. Amazing views both of them! I am really happy to see those places again (passed the on my bicycle in 2010). My children got wonderful memories from the walk and the views.

I never thought that I should see Argentina from a wire - but so I did. Very nice - and safe! - arrangements with a qualified and caring staff. I felt like a bird!

It was a fantastic proposal from KimKim to do the rafting. What an experience with the very qualified guide who put the raft into all exiting river passages. One of the top experiences on the trip! In the end we were just lying on our backs contemplating looking at the sky ...

We were met by Antonella, one of the best guides I ever met (I have been to more than 60 countries). Her warm and caring personality made this into an unforgettable evening. The food was excellent (but too much :-)), drinks were excellent, the places we saw was right on spot to give us an expression of night time Buenos Aires. The milonga was really something - and I have to prepare myself for my next trip - then I will dance, too!

Beautiful, amazing hotel!! The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Whether it was helping us book dinner reservations (we were unaware that a number of restaurants would require them) or guidance locally on places to visit, they were super friendly and helpful. A pro is that the kitchen stays open till 11 pm and hotel bar till midnight - this was great on long day excursions or late flights in in the middle of our trip. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and extremely clean. You couldn't hear guests in other rooms as well. The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I'll give this hotel 4 stars due to the amazing restaurant, staff (Luciana at the front desk, spa and location. It's built with an indoor/outdoor feel with the room door opening up to the outside. The rooms were beautiful and spacious along with the bathrooms. The food from the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. A only extremely low point for us was the treatment received by a night manager playing "security". He demanded to see some gifts brought into the hotel by us after one of our excursions due to his belief that the gifts could pose a security threat (aka a bomb) due to their weight. He made us show him one of the gifts so he could feel it and "confirm" it wasn't a threat. It was absolutely ridiculous treatment as this has never happened to us at any hotel before and was extremely uncomfortable as we didn't see the same thing happen to other guests. Without this, i would've recommended to this hotel to others, but after that experience, I would not recommend this hotel to other Asian American/brown/minority tourists.

New wing room very nice with wonderful lake view. Very nice breakfast, very helpful front desk. Nice bar. Good service with box lunches. Requires either use of hotel shuttle or taxi to get to town but not a problem. I would stay here again for sure

Chalten is very small town so this location was very fine, just 2 minute walk to the main street. At the same time, it was off the main street so it was quite and very close to gently trekking. It seemed to be a new property and it was in very good condition. Very nice breakfast, only that for the first 2 days no one offered a hot breakfast and we did not know it was an option. On the 3rd day it was offered and certainly very nice. The hotel provided a welcome drink for each of us at its bar; very nice. We had 2 loads of laundry done, each returned same day. The hotel changed US $ to pesos. Our room overnight was hot, which we managed with open windows. There are radiators for heat but nothing for cooling. However, it was fine. We were there in February (still summer).

This is a truly charming boutique hotel. They provide free espresso via Lilly machine in the common area which we made use of. There is a small pool we did not use, but seemed it could be used, in a very nice courtyard (buggy in early evening). Our first room had a very poor shower spray and they could not fix it. They moved us to a second room (this was something they told us they would be doing upon check in, we don't know why). They told us they would move us for our last night but actually we moved for our last 2 nights. The second room was much larger and had a private balcony, which was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Lived up to expectations, from the private casita with the private plunge pool to the rooftop seating area with fire place to the outdoor shower to a very spacious indoors. Excellent breakfasts include. Delicious food for dinner. If you stay multiple nights the dinner menu doesn't change so that is one thing to know. Also, we did not know we needed to make winery reservations in advance. It all worked out well in the end. We chose not to do excursions such as trekking, rafting or horse riding because we had one them in southern Patagonia, but we did not know to do any of them required a drive ranging between 30 minutes to 2 hours. We also did not go to visit Mendoza City.

The pool was out of commission.

Far away from city center. Once you get in, no way to get out, other than calling taxi or wait 2 hrs for scheduled shuttle. Hotel itself is good. Since it is far away from anywhere, no evening entertainment of any sort, just restaurant to eat.

5 stars hotel in center of the city. All good. Can walk out of the hotel to walk through the town, Good location.

No suggestions. I liked everything, performance and location of the theater.

I am so glad that we were not chosen for the ice walking but Emilci offered to us this Azul excursion instead. That was a hit! The ice walking was not really needed since we had enough walking around the glacier with a professor glaciologist explaining nature and all details about this glacier. I am really satisfied with this tour and guide, educational.

This was so much fun! We had a blast and got to experience all sorts of culturally relevant activities

I felt like I was living in nature. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, with a very private screened porch looking at the jungle. The staff were helpful and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was ample and good.

The wineries were each different. We learned so much and the wine was great. The meal at the end was unbelievable. We took pictures of every dish we ate.

I loved the tour. I am 88 and was too tired to do the oat at the end. But the guide made allowance for my slow pace and was extremely helpful. For me it would have been better to have the boat trip on the Brazilian side of the falls

Perfect scenic location off the majestic lake with mountain views... Always a great experience as usual..

nice vistas from the tenth floor of the nearby apartments and streets leading to some great places like Floreria Atlantica and Basa. Comfortable, with roomy shower and thermostat control of the temperature of the room. Would remind USA folks to bring an electrical adapter and an extension cord to charge two phones and a sleep machine or laptop/camera simultaneously. Just walking distance to park, Patagonia store, and right two doors down is a great little bakery for sandwiches or sweets. Helpful staff, breakfast provided.

Away from the center of town, but quiet, relaxed, and feels private. nice sitting areas inside and out, friendly bar and restaraurant to visit with others at the end of your day.

Start with helpful attentive desk staff, attention to detail, willingness to help: i.e. My passport had fallen out of a jacket on a tour bus, staff tracked bus owner, had my passport back within 2 hours! Nice, roomy bar with dining tables as well as just relaxing areas. Attentive staff in restaurant, good breakfast selection and large seating area. Thermostat control in room for heat A/C. Very quick elevators- no long waits.

We enjoyed the tour, the Recoleta and its solar flower was impressive, The different ages and styles of architecture, the antique opulence and the urban liveliness was impressive.

Picked up as scheduled, on time. Friendly and understandable information from the tour guide on what we were seeing, time to return to bus from the park and the viewing of the glacier. timely transport for our scheduled boat tour

Beautiful views , crowded top deck and cooler on the front and sides of the boat. Boat was clean and interior seats were comfortable

Great time to walk down to the shore of the lake, see the cattle being moved, and learn about the history of the ranch. Wonderful coffee/tea and snacks on arrival, big lunch before we went on our long ride. If you are used to a western saddle, make certain your stirrups are long enough to keep your legs relaxed during the ride-their saddles are more of a modified English saddle-no pommel, and you are placed more forward than you may be used to.

The river is very cloudy with glacial sediment and cold, so you are fishing wets and trying to find the seams in current. Rods provided required an adjustment in my casting stroke, but not bad.

Our guides put us into our kayak with our lifevests, water skirts- very nicley equipped. The water clarity was spectacular, our tandem kayak was comfortable and easily controlled. The lake is pretty calm in the morning. We opted against the island hike, but had a great break with conversation, snacks and hot tea/coffee. Our guide took pictures for us and emailed them to us to share.

On time, friendly pickup from our guide, informative conversation about the area on the drive to the river. Very comfortable drift, in comfortable seats. Diego was helpful in pointing out good places to cast and also casting instruction for the presentations. Nice rainbows, missed a huge brown. Stopped on shore for a nice lunch; salad, sandwiches, cerveza or wine, coffee/tea, wonderful conversation about the area, fishing and life. A great time

Guide picked us up on time, transported to a nice breakfast and then wet-suited , life-vested, helmeted and taken to the river. Paddling instructions and response practice in a small pool in the river, then we went through the first rapids and continued through trickier ones with opportunities to drop in and enjoy the cool water twice before continuing through more rapids. When we reached the takeout point, our float was shorter than planned as the next rapids were too dangerous. Long climb up a steep trail to drop off wetsuits and gear, dry and get dressed, then taken back to the starting point for a lunch and refreshments, before heading back to our hotel

Very luxurious for the price. Mirador offered the most comfortable and largest hotel room during our trip. It felt very special spending time at Mirador and enjoyed all the amenities offered.

Location was very central but the hotel room was not that good - very strange layout with very minimal space for clothes or suitcases. Room got hot during the summer. The cost was very very affordable but I personally would have splurged for something a bit nicer to come home to each night after a long day exploring BA in the summer

Great location. Hotel room matched our need to be a base location for exploring Palermo. The room was very large to help us take hold of our luggage, but the open-concept sink outside the bathroom was very strange and led to messy floors with the water. I imagine the views from the room and top-floor breakfast area are stunning in the spring/fall. It was very sunny and warm during our trip so we weren't able to maximize this.

Absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the Casa Zolo back house as it felt like our own personal summer house away in the wine country. Staff were extremely professional and the kitchen cooked up some of the best dishes we had in the trip. So many nice touches from a historical venue - two pools, incredible scenery of mountains and gardens, massive rooms with beautiful ornate doors and windows, etc. I could go on and on. We felt special staying here.

Neighborhoods Tour was the perfect way to start our BA trip by giving us local context into the main highlights of the city

A decent hotel, but definately not a 4 star hotel as advertised. They had no restaurant and offered the same basic breakfast everyday. We stayed here on 3 separate occasions, one of which the room was not clean when we checked in The rooms are nice and big and have a small kitchen facility They have a nice pool and gym area and the staff are helpful.

An ok hotel for a couple of nights Limited facilities in the room, no fridge or kettle

1st room we checked into was dirty 2nd room we checked into had stains on the pillows The check in staff didnt even apologise Overall basic hotel. Breakfast had a decent selection. Ok location, close enough walk to the city centre

The chef was very friendly and engaging The food was really good Great experience but we didnt really get to do much cooking. It was more watching the chef, which was nice but would have been good to join in a bit more

Great view and experience The boat trip there was not enjoyable though and the activity at the Estancia was a bit boring Overall was worth going

A must see Only downside was that we were not told about the boat tour to the waterfall and didnt get the response from the tour guide in time to go ahead with it.

Perfection! Stunning hotel, very nice employees, terrific spa services. When I needed medicine they even called a pharmacy and had them deliver medicine to me.

Excellent adventure for our family, the kids absolutely loved it, as did the adults. A great way to see the area up close.

So lovely, definitely do the boat tour to experience going under the falls! Bring shoes you can get wet along with a change of clothes!
