In 1999, based on personal travel, dreams and passion Say Hueque Journeys was born! We are a travel company based in Argentina that creates sustainable and immersive travel experiences focused on connecting travelers with nature and our local communities.

The itinerary was well thought out and the reservations with lodging and tours went very smoothly. The places that we visited and the people that we ecountered were wonderful, and I believe that we experienced a great deal of what Torres del Paine and Santiago have to offer.
However, some of the tickets for buses were not shared, leading to confusion once we arrived in Punta Arenas. Additionally some of the pick-up and drop-off times often differed by an hour or more, causing us to miss... Read more

The itinerary was well thought out and the reservations with lodging and tours went very smoothly. The places that we visited and the people that we ecountered were wonderful, and I believe that we experienced a great deal of what Torres del Paine and Santiago have to offer.
However, some of the tickets for buses were not shared, leading to confusion once we arrived in Punta Arenas. Additionally some of the pick-up and drop-off times often differed by an hour or more, causing us to miss dinner reservations (incurring cancellation fees) and to miss out on other opportuntinues. These errors may fall on the tranportation vendors that were used (CL Mundo, Patagonia Planet), but there seemed to be communication lapses between them and Say Haeque.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience in a beautiful/welcoming country, but there appeared to be a lack of attention to detail that caused us temporrary frustration while in Chile.

Great wine tour in two scenic locations and the wine was awesome! However, the drop off time at our hotel was much later than expected, causing us to miss dinner reservations and incur cancellation fees. We were told that we would be home between 8-9 PM, but were actually dropped off at 10:15 PM.

About the dinner loss, we are sorry about that! The shared excursions can have some delays due to external factors. This experience was 10 hours long, and a delay could occur in this kind of long experience.

This was my first time using kimkim for a trip and I will definitely be using them again. Planning was smooth and Claudia was easy to get in touch with and answered all the questions I had. We enjoyed all our tours and our tour guides, it was especially nice to have transport pick us up and take us to the airport so we didn’t even have to worry about finding a taxi or Uber. Argentina exceeded my expectations if not more than I ever thought it would. Such an incredible life changing trip. The culture, the food, the people, the atmosphere I can go on. Claudia was a tremendous help with booking everything. She truly can fulfill your bucket list. She tackled everything that was on mine! This tour was just as great as traveling through Jujuy and Purmamarca. Cafayate was a beauty. I was truly in awe with Tres Cruces, Guachipas, quebrada de las conchas, empanadas and llamas. Absolutely breathtaking. Such a memorable trip and once in a lifetime experience.

We had a fantastic trip and appreciated our local specialist's patience dealing with a complicated itinerary - this was an extended family trip with different family members arriving and departing at different times. Everything went smoothly with all the various pickups and drop-offs, with just one small hiccup where a driver went to the wrong address that was quickly corrected. All of the tours we arranged were fantastic. We especially loved our two days with the local tour guide Romina - our family adored her and wanted to take her home with us!! Thank you for everything!

We contacted Kimkim last year and were put us in touch with Claudia. She tailor made our tour for us including booking the internal flights, hotels and all the tours. The local agent Julieta was prompt and helpful at all times. The trip was absolutely amazing with wonderful guides throughout. The only tour that could have been better is the wine tour in Mendoza. My trip started with the pickup at the airport taking me to the wrong hotel. The second disappointment was the lack of communication regarding our tour in Ushuai, I mean who goes all the way to Ushuai and not book the penguin tour? Claudia, the local specialist made a good job booking exactly what we wanted for tours at the falls (Argentinian and Brazilian sides), as well as our stay at the Iguazu Jungle Lodge Hotel. Our flight from Buenos Aires was delayed by more than an hour, and I contacted Kim Kim staff to make them aware of potential issues. Kim Kim staff made sure that our driver in Iguazu would pick us up on time. We very much appreciated the follow up.

We had a wonderful trip to Patagonia organized by Mery and supported by Joaquina. All transfers were always on time and we got lots of good suggestions from Joaquina about restaurants. We are looking forward to going again to Patagonia!

Amazing trip! Guides Florencia in Buenos Aires, Rami in Salta/Jujuy and Nicolas in San Pedro de Atacama were absolutely fantastic. We had a trip of wonderful contrasts - city, jungles, mountains and desert- once in a lifetime!

We had such a great time on this trip! Our guide was incredible, I loved learning how they tamed the horses, enjoyed the BEST empanadas and the property was beautiful. It was a perfect day trip and totally worth it!
