This hotel is a true treasure. The staff was so helpful and the food and accommodations were outstanding.

Our local guide, a native of the Medina, Hiram (sp?) was so knowledgeable about the city. He showed and acted with great care and concern when one of our party became ill. He also showed us knocks and crannies of the Medina that only a native could show us. Enjoyed local food and artisan crafts.

Just so much fun. Wish we had more time there.

Our stay at NLH Monastiraki was okay but not spectacular. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage early even though we couldn't check in right away. The room was fine, but we were disappointed by the balcony view, as it overlooked a street frequented by delivery trucks—not what we expected. Breakfast was similar to that offered by a Hampton Inn—decent, but not exceptional. A bit of a surprise was having to pay $5 for a cappuccino, as the staff member didn't show me how to use the machine myself. The rooftop bar was a letdown due to inappropriate music being played, but the view of the Acropolis was beautiful.

Milestones Naxos was by far my favorite place to stay. The room was gorgeous, and the hospitality by Eliza, who worked at the front desk, was unparalleled. She treated us like family, going out of her way to make us feel special with gestures like offering lemonade during the day and arranging transport to a nearby restaurant. The breakfasts were generous and the cleanliness was exceptional. The peacefulness of the location, with breathtaking views and serene surroundings, made for an unforgettable stay.

Artmeis was a wonderful host, greeting us immediately and allowing us to check into our room (really more like an apartment) early. We had a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenet with a family room. It was nice to have space to spread out and it was fabulous when it came time to pack up our luggage to fly home. He was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and even made several reservations for us. He found us a driver when we didn't have one prearranged through KimKim. We had to leave well before the normal breakfast hour to make our flight home and he stocked our refrigerator with some cold breakfast foods for us so we could eat before we left. The location of this hotel was perfect for us and it was very quiet. The only way it would have been better was if it had a water view, but it was more than worth the trade off.

The Explore Acropolis & Acropolis Museum tour was absolutely incredible. Our guide was incredibly informative and kind, making the experience memorable. She managed the pace well, accommodating slower-moving participants while keeping everyone engaged. Her genuine interest in sharing knowledge and helping us made this tour a highlight of our trip.

The Traditional Cooking at a Naxian Village Home was an amazing experience. We enjoyed it immensely, especially as our chef, a young family member, shared wonderful stories and insights into the family and culture. The simplicity and authenticity of the cooking was wonderful, and the time flew by as we were so engaged with the experience.

The Cooking Class and Wine Tasting experience in Santorini was phenomenal. It was well-organized, and everything from the class instruction to the wine tasting was perfectly executed. It made for a spectacular and memorable day enjoying the culinary delights of the region.

We were able to knock around the city but we were exhausted. It would have been better if we could have checked in early to take a 1-2 hour nap so we would have more energy.

We chose to use this time to enjoy a glass of wine, people watch and do some shopping.

We had truly planned to have a beach day, which was walking distance from our hotel, but we opted to rent a car and drive around the island because we found it so charming. We were so thankful we did. We found some fifth generation potters and toured their place and ordered pottery to be shipped home.

Natalia was AMAZING and so much fun. She knew more than she could share about Naxos and the shop/restaurant owners clearly love her as well. This would have been best to do our first day there.

I loved wandering around Santorini and talking with the shop owners and learning about them and the area they were located in within the village. To say I supported the economic development of Santorini was an understatement. We brought back wine, artisan jewelry and some clothing.

The review was more based on the timing of the trip. Doing it at the end wasn't wise. It should have been a first thing for us because much of what we saw was something we had already discovered on our own. The guide was precious.

So fun and relaxing. It gave you a view of the island you wouldn't have otherwise and a great LAST adventure to have on the island.

The room was very comfortable and clean with nice views of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quaint, but close to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our tour guide, Emily, was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and gave us very interesting information about the area and its history. We loved it!

Our tour guide was very good! She was efficient in the presentation of the things we wanted to see and I loved all the knowledge she shared about the art and the museum overall. We really enjoyed our time with her.

We were nervous about this as we did not want to have "touristy" experience and the meal and the experience in the boat were amazing. One of our most memorable dinners and experience in Paris!

Loved our chef Gil! We had a great time with him and it was an excellent way to spend time in Provence. We highly recommend this!

The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious. The host was there and was very helpful. So that was a great experience.

Central location, easy walk to the beach, first class, excellent services

Quiet, secluded location. Intimate- maybe 5-8 suites total. 10 minute walk to a top notch restaurant, 12-15 easy walk to town. Fantastic panorama view of the coast, from our room or from the breakfast area. Enjoyed the knowledgeable wine tour (vineyard on the property). Suspect that we were in the honeymoon suite- large bathtub, well appointed. Large swimming pool. Did not make use of the exercise room, sauna, whirlpool.

Central Sintra location- a half block off of the main downtown area. Knowledgeable staff, offering suggestions of places to see. Our hikes took us up to the Moorish castle and Penna Palace. Found some excellent restaurants a short distance from the hotel. Room was first class, comfortable, well appointed

10/10 experience. Would recommend. Super flexible with weather and forecasts and making the most of the beautiful country and scenery. Loved it and set the standard for the remaining activities.

Great way to see a lot of the area! Very accessible and great experience!

The location and route was great. However it will be a big party (~40 people). We realized we like smaller groups and tours that provide better flexibility with timing and weather. The guide was great (Daniel) and helped heard the group around across multiple forms of transportation.

We were a little surprised by the number of steps down to the hotel, but the views from it were spectacular, with very nice outdoor spaces and friendly, accommodating staff. Special thanks and kudos to the porters who lugged our cases up and down the steps!

This was a great afternoon/evening! The number of people on the cruise was appropriate to the catamaran so that we didn't feel crowded at all. The crew were very friendly and helpful and the barbeque meal was very good too.

We didn't really do this activity because the steep terrain made it a bit intimidating.

This was a special opportunity to meet and interact with "real" Naxians who were very welcoming and hospitable.

We had a very nice day at Agrios Prokopios. This included a very nice lunch and leisurely stroll along the foreshore.

This was a nice activity but not outstanding in my opinion. I felt that the tour of the 'garden' was a bit rushed. However, like the Naxos farm visit, it was great to see something of the island that wasn't a typical tourist stop.

Following Lea's advice we had a very nice walk around the narrow streets near the old port, with a nice lunch along the way.

There was a mistake with our room reservation. The elevator was under construction and that caused some delays. The room overall was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Terrific location.

Old time hotel located right at the train station. We stayed in a historical room, which was nice but the bathroom was outdated. Wonderful restaurants for lunch and dinner. Staff was great.

Possibly the best location in Bergen- easy to reach all the sites. The room was very comfortable, but a bit small. Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was clean and modern.

The Hotel Il Guelfo Bianco in Florence was lovely with a large room featuring a beautifully frescoed ceiling. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and it was within walking distance of the city center, making it very convenient. Easy access for taxis was an added bonus. Everything worked well, including the elevator and shower. Overall, it was a great stay with no complaints.

Hotel Miramare on the Amalfi Coast offered a stunning view from the terrace, which we absolutely loved. We enjoyed leisurely evenings on the deck with takeout. It was quite a distance from the center of Sorrento, about a 25-minute walk with some hilly parts and limited sidewalks. It didn't deter us, but it's something to be aware of. The hotel met our expectations for a relaxing stay.

Relais Vignale & Spa in Tuscany provided a fantastic view and a charming room with a little terrace. However, their restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming. Despite the dining disappointment, the overall experience in the hotel and Radda town was positive.

La Casa Di Lucio Hotel Relais in Matera was truly special, featuring rooms built into caves. Although carrying luggage across cobbled streets was challenging, the unique room more than made up for it. The location highlighted the historical richness of Matera, making for a memorable stay.

Borgo d'Itria - Trulli Resort was charming, but not quite as spacious as previous accommodations. We faced an issue initially with the air conditioning, but it was resolved promptly. This wouldn't have bother us much, but the room was more compact than expected, lacking a window for air ventilation until the AC was fixed.

The tour of the lemon grove was enjoyable and family-run, located about a half-hour walk from our hotel. While the setting was lovely, we were caught off-guard by mosquitoes and the tour duration change from one hour in our booking to two hours on the day. However, the opportunity to buy Limóncello at the end of the tour was great and we really enjoyed it.

The Private Gondola Ride in Venice was a lovely experience, offering views of the city from the water. Unfortunately, the ride was shorter than expected, lasting only 18 minutes despite a 30-minute booking. We're glad we did it, but this mismatch in advertised versus actual duration was a little disappointing.

Beautiful hotel! Walking distance to all of Sorrento. The food and service truly 5 star!

The tour of Naples was great! We were able to get oriented so that we could easily explore on our own the next day. We weren’t prepared for so much fried and dough based foods however

The experience was amazing! How many people can tell their friends and family they climbed Mt Vesuvius? Our drivers Eddie and “Peppie” were awesome!

Beautiful experience! Our guide Lucia was amazing! She shared history and stories that made the island come alive! She wanted us to remember our day and had us posing for pictures instead of us taking selfies all day!

Our guide Alessandro was amazing. He knew what we wanted to see and experience and took us to all those special places. He knew we loved to cook and took us to Gargiulo for an olive oil tasting! Another stope was Ceramiche Casola ceramics factory. Lunch at Calajanara Restaurant with a table overlooking the sea was breathtaking. And what’s not to love about Positano?

Wonderful hotel with amazing views. Close to the beach and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The spa is worth is and is close enough to walk to town but also ample taxis for a short ride if tired.

Beautiful small hotel. Staff are all friendly very attentive and give excellent services. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom . The hotel always smelled very nice. Excellent location. One bad comment is the breakfast which has very limited choices for a small luxury hotel, same food was served, not much choices of fruits . Overall I had an enjoyable stay.

Very disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. The check in staff was not friendly and slow. The hotel is old. The restaurant for breakfast is old and need a lot of renovations. The food is not quality and has poor choices . The coffee is awful even Korea is known for good coffee. I don t recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Nice hotel with excellent buffet and beautiful scenery on the lake

We were lucky to have a corner room on the upper floor with amazing ocean and mountain / city view. The beds are comfy. Room was clean . The breakfast buffet is outstanding I enjoyed very much. I also enjoyed very the lounge for tea, cocktails … The hotel has beautiful infinity swimming pool. Good location for evening walk but it s a bit far away from the shops and center of Busan. Overall I had a good stay I would come back to Signiel. The concierge services staff is outstanding . The check in services need to be more efficiency especially at the 3 o clock check in time when many guests checking in at the same time.

The visit to the palace and the village was interesting.

In my opinion there was not much to see. I did not like the lunch fried chicken . The restaurant is not clean . I did not enjoy the walk to the local market after the lunch, there was nothing to see and it s quite filthy. I do not recommend to spend have these places in the itinerary.

Love love the visit. Highly recommended. The best is the lunch at a local tiny restaurant who makes their own tofu . Thanks Mr. Jade Kim for introducing to us home made cuisine. Most memorable meal.

Interesting visits beautiful view of Busan from different spots on the mountain . Excellent lunch with fresh seafood at the fish market. Best fresh abalones, clams that I have never had. Not mentioning the marinated crabs , typical Busan . Another unforgettable meal. Thanks Mr. Jade Kim.

Another excellent visits in Jeju island. Beautiful beaches. It was interesting and different to discover a beautiful bonsai garden. Mrs Susie gave excellent services and very attentive to make sure we had a good time in Jeju

Loved every minute of our tour of Fes. The Medina was beyond expectations. My sister was dupped out of $20.00 outside of our Riad. Mouad and Hikam found the man and got my sister's money back. Was above and beyond what was expected. Also we had a member who was sick and Mouad and Hikam got her water and cumin which really helped. They both were fantastic.

The scenery was stunning and very unexpected. The stops along the way were great. The hotel was a very unexpected pleasure and the food was outstanding

This was a bit of a disappointment. The family was lovely and so was the food. They had small childern and they were very distracting from the experience.

Long drive but so interesting. The landscape was amazing. We stopped and saw the monkey which was fun.

This experience exceed expectations. The sceenery was stunning and the camp was a dream come true.

The hotel was very nice and centrally located within easy walking distance of all the attractions. However, it's located in a very busy pedestrian area which was sometimes noisy well into the night. Also, a church located across the street rang the church bells every morning at 6:30.

A very nice, modern hotel in a perfect location just across the street from the historic section of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast is amazing and delicious.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the harbor. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it, except it's not a good choice for anyone who has difficulty with steps.

Our tour guide was great. He gave us lots of information about what we were seeing without it being overwhelming. He also did a great job of maneuvering our group though the crowds and occasionally stopping to make sure we were all still together and for us to take a brief break. Lots of walking, hills and steps.
