This hotel was perfect. Located closed to restaurants and shops. The woman at the hotel desk was extremely helpful and made our stay exceptional. Breakfast was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent guide, Celine. Highly recommend her for tours. She provides such insight on the history and art. She was good about making sure we did not over do with the hills, so it was a nice and slow walk through the district to the top to see the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris. We really enjoyed the walk with Celine!

Our guide Celine was amazing and provided such great details that we have never experienced on a museum tour before. She provided so much details about the history and things about the paintings or sculptures that we would have never heard from an audio guide. Highly recommend Celine!! We wished we had her on our tour for Versailles.

This was a great tour. We took a train from Paris to Mont Saint Michel and our driver, Samuel was our guide as well. He communicated with use the night before to let us know where to meet him at the train station and confirmed the time. He was great. He provided information about the towns as we drove through them. Provided great details about the people, island and Abbey. We would not have gotten the same experience from an audio guide. This was probably our favorite place. Wish we could have stayed to see the tide come in. Maybe next time!

Our guide, Alex was excellent. She was very informative and it was nice the tour was a small group. The lunch at the private Chateau was nice and helped to understand what owners have to go through to live in one. We enjoyed all the chateau’s and all are different. Only complaint was the meeting point information on the vouchers was a little confusing, because it showed two different meeting points on it, because they picked up people at two different locations. I should have confirmed earlier with our agent. Suggestion for Kimkim if the meeting point on the itinerary or vouchers actually said meeting point at the Office of Tourism with the address, instead just a street name.

This tour was ok, probably not the best of all our tours. Kimmy, our guide was good. We were with a small group, all french speaking people, except us, so felt a little left out in conversations. There was a lot of driving, but our guide did not provide information about the towns we were driving through. A lot of quiet time in the van. These chateau’s are beautiful, both Azay-de-Rideau and Villandry Castle. We would have liked to been able to actually toured the inside of the Villandry Castle, not just the gardens. Maybe three hours at this location, since we must do lunch on your own or given the option. The gardens were spectacular and you definitely can spend a hour in the gardens. The Vouvray Vineyards tour was good, we enjoyed the detailed about the winery and how they make their wine. Wine was excellent. We enjoyed this tour except we think driving out to see the grape vines could be skipped.

A little disappointing, not really impressed. We did not get to see all the river scenes due to the river high. Also the dress attire. Everything stated formal attire, not jeans, tennis shoes, base caps, but that was not the case. We were over dressed. Majority of people were wearing tennis shoes, jeans, and baseball caps. It was a very casual dining and not formal. The food was ok, we did not receive what we actually ordered. The music was great. The singer was excellent.

This tour we were on our own, but the instructions and skip the line was fantastic and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend the summit to the top and skip the line!!

The Hotel Jeu de Paume was exquisite! It's in the perfect central location for all fun activities. Furthermore Terry at the front desk had incredible restaurant recommendations. We had a great 2 story room with 2 bathrooms which was a good fit for our family of 4.

This hotel is difficult to get to if you have a car. You have to park in the central parking and walk with your bags. The breakfast was lovely! Our room was small for 4 people, but the staff was great overall.

The discovery tour was so fun - a great way to see all of Paris in a mere 2 hours. The guides were fairly good, but one wasn't totally fluent.

the Canadian museum at Juno was informative. Our guide was well informed and new how to navigate the sites adn locations.

An incredible place with an amazing collection.

The guide was knowledgeable, on time and fun! We learned about cheese , chocolate and the difference between a restaurant and and brasserie.

The Abbey was closed! No one knew and no one seemed to know why. Our guide did a quick pivot and the rest of the day was still great.

I did not realize how big the Louvre was in reality. You could spend several days and not see everything. I didn’t realize how enormous size of some of the painting. The ceilings were eloquently painted as well. It was a pleasant surprise, seeing such history, and art in one place. I was pleasantly surprised at all the statues, as well as ancient artifacts, that were in the museum. One tip, the large pyramid is the main entrance, but there’s another side entrance that is not utilized and allows quicker access into the museum.

This personalized tour was wonderful, diving into the architecture and history of this part of Paris. We enjoyed walking through the market and trying samples of food.

Wow! Absolutely gorgeous, beautiful and stunning views of creation. The bus ride to Jungfraujoch through the countryside was beautiful. The gondola ride to the train was breathtaking. it is hard to explain how beautiful it was to look upon the enormous glacier surrounded by the snow kept mountains of the Alps.

Lucerne was our favorite place to visit during our trip through France, Switzerland, and southern Germany. The historic architecture of buildings and churches was beautiful. The landscape of the town with the backdrop of the Alps and the lake are absolutely stunning and beautiful. Everything is within walking distance. You have so much to do in this town with the transportation museum along with other activities yet it is a small town feel with amazing restaurants and history. My son asked if we would just leave him here instead of going back to the United States.

Strasbourg is such a beautiful and relaxing place. Vincent, our tour guide was relational and informative. This is a European town with lots of charm, bicycles, and amazing architecture and history. This was definitely a highlight for us during our trip.

The Palace and the Castle were beautiful and picturesque. Our tour guide, Daisy, was kind, relational, informative and very good at communicating history and where to be and what to do during the tour. The tour inside the castle was interesting and incredible. The architecture and detail were amazing.

First class hotel. Staff was incredible and room was spotless. Perfect location to walk the town or do the D-Day tours.

Hotel was nice but very confusing on how to get to the hotel. The other airport hotels have van shuttles that pick you up in front of terminals. Pullmans hotel logo is listed on the airport shuttle sign, but the do NOT offer the shuttles. You have to take the CDGVAL train to their hotel which is very easy. So make sure you know that and dont follow the shuttle sign that has the Pullman hotel logo on it as a pickup spot.

It was very quiet and the staff were all friendly. A bit dated but charming.

The lobby and restaurants with breakfast buffet were great. The rooms are very dated and the beds a bit uncomfortable.

The location of the class was very cool, we had no idea we would be in Les Galeries Lafayette. It was nice and quiet in the baking room but not totally sure it was worth our time if I’m being honest. Not super interactive for our 5 and 7 year old.

The Louvre is overwhelming but we were thankful to have Claire as a guide. She had a fun game for the kids to hunt for specific parts of paintings which kept them engaged. We were not prepared and the kids were thirsty and hungry and water was not easily accessible in the museum. With that aside it was a great time!

Lovely winery, knowledgeable staff and stunning scenery!

While the driver was so sweet and friendly, this tour just missed the mark for us. The advertised photos are a bit misleading. There are no wild horses in France as our guide informed us, we drove around to fenced in horses, a very cool salt marsh, some flamingos, and a fenced in bull pen. There was no tasting of local products, we were late due to an issue with weather, but I don’t believe it would have been included either way.

This was a hit with all four of us, Rachelle was kind, knowledgeable, and a not bit gimmicky. We had a wonderful time with her and didn’t want it to end! Also, the pastries were delicious!

We had two rooms and one was def better than the other. The smaller had a shower curtain instead of door, which makes for a less enjoyable experience. Otherwise location is perfect!

Chef Dominique is easy going and funny! This was the best part of our trip! The desserts were simple but delicious! Will show off to our friends our new baking skills!

Very bare bones type hotel. Shower was weird set up. Clean, restaurant and bar very nice option as we got in late and were flying out in the a.m. ok with staying here due to the fact that we really only needed a place to sleep. Would def not to want an extended stay here.

Hotel needs updating. Some cleanliness issues due to mostly age. Sun deck very worn and aged, Not really a nice feature.

This place was great. The location was accessible to many things and the staff was helpful. The place was clesan and had all that we needed. Many conveniences are in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend?

This tour was long and heavy on the ancient history of Paris.

This exhibit was amazing. Having a ticket was important. We provided our own transportation both ways.

The hotel staff was great. They had hot water issues that required us to move but the hotel made sure we were taken care of and absolutely did their best by us. Great hotel.

We all enjoyed this activity very much and Celine was a delight, however, we did not do a treasure hunt.

Such a fun way to see some of the city from the River Siene. Food was ok, but the Eiffel Tower was worth seeing from the boat.

David was very helpful and the tastings were over the top. However, it should be advised to eat before...it was a lot of sugar for an empty stomach.

This was a very interesting and scientific experience making butter, cheese and then sampling! We enjoyed this a lot.

This was not what we expected for this tour. We assumed we would see some fashion, maybe a small fashion show, however it was more of an overview of the fashion through history. Very interesting, but not as much fun as informative.

Cool tour, but limited information on the self guided tour. I have been before and there is so much more information that was not disseminated on the app we were given. Still a very good tour and Versailles is always beautiful despite the rainy cold weather.

The summit of the tower was amazing! We climbed some of the stairs but opted for the elevator to the top! Amazing views! Worth the tour for sure!

This tour was great and Matthew was a very informative guide. Long day but totally worth it!

Unfortunately, Notre Dame was not ready to tour, still surrounded by scaffolding, but Saint Chapelle was beautiful. Roberto was very knowledgeable and informative.

Wonderful staff and amenities but the rooms thermostat did not seem to control any temperature or fan speed.

Must see attraction that was made easy with the advance tickets. Foggy evening was the only detraction from the visit.

Besides, seeing the museum, we added on chocolate making. That made the experience 10 times more meaningful.
