Breakfast was the best of our tour. Lots of options on the buffet.

The room was small, but comfortable. There was some noise from the street as Hanoi is bustling early and late

The rooftop bar and restaurant is a plus. Breakfast buffet was very good. Fairly close to Siem Reap and Tonle Sap lake.

Very helpful staff. They only have one coffee machine at the breakfast buffet that makes both regular coffee and espresso. There was always a long line in the morning. It was frustrating. They need to make coffee in the kitchen and have two pots out to pour from given the number of people at the hotel. The buffet space is small. We had massages at the spa which were good. Rooftop bar is a plus, not crowded. They didn’t have mint for a Mojito and the margarita was served up, not on ice, not a big deal, but a must for these popular drinks and hot weather.

Jimmy was great! Very good knowledge of the area and history.

This overnight trip was fun. Great cooking class and excursions to the caves and kayaking. Loi, the cruise director is fabulous.

This was fun and very photo worthy. Tipping the row boat guide at the caves, while not required, is expected if you have a fun and helpful guide. Ours took lots of photos on everyone’s camera and was fun.

This was a fun tour and our guide was very knowledgeable. The lunch at the garden restaurant was delicious and fun.

This was fun. Good mix of local food market shopping and tasting unusual vegetables and herbs.

It was interesting to understand the Mekong river culture and sample food. The lunch was good too, a lot of food. We wanted more time at the temple at the end of the tour.

Interesting historical perspective of how the Viet Cong survived to win, if you want to know more history of the American/Vietnam war. Somber for both sides. A lot of people come to see this.

This is a must see tour, phenomenal. We took over 100 pics.

Excellent experience

This is the finest hotel in over 40 years of travel I have stayed. The service and friendliness of the staff couldn't be higher. They anticipated our needs and were ready to help in any way. The hotel's bungalows were spacious, well equipped with huge patios and the largest bed I have ever seen. They have the largest infinity pool I have ever seen with many chairs. They also have a premier beach with great service and comfortable chaises which are set up with multiple towels. They also have kayaks and other equipment free of charge. The included brunch was outstanding and overall the food was of the highest quality. It is a place I would like to return even though it is over 15k miles from my home. The resort is set on over 25 acres and in the jungle. We saw monkeys every day and a large monitor lizard. They have a great application that allows you to call for buggies to transport you if you wish around the facility and essentially accomplish anything you need. It is easy to easy to walk to local stores in Railey and to the pier for pickup for tours.

Great place to stay along the river with shuttle boats available. Upper floor rooms with river view are spectacular. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped.

This hotel has an amazing vibe and is highly stylistic. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms are extremely comfortable and easy to live in. Great location to walk into numerous restaurants.

This hotel has great views of the sea from ocean villas. Ours had an amazing pool, giant bath tub and great deck with amazing views from everywhere in the villa. The villa was large and very comfortable. Service was excellent and the morning buffet may the best. The hotel has a few downsides, but still is a great boutique facility to stay. The first is that since it is on the side of steep hill getting to the pool or restaurants is a strenuous walk. They do have buggies which cart you around when easily requested and supplied. The other is that the beach is just adequate. However, the overall facility is great. In addition, they provide a shuttle service to a large mall about 29 minutes away. Otherwise restaurants require a cab ride.

This is a low key resort with easy walks to the pool and beach. The beach is quite nice and the water great to swim in.

Couldn't be more fun, interesting, with delicious food and a great guide. Riding on the back of a moped where traffic is scary is awesome.

Can't say enough about this. Loved the elephants and the people running the sanctuary who were informed and dedicated. Butterfly and orchid farm were outstanding.

This experience is not to be missed. The ingenuity of the Viet Cong and the guerilla tactics is scary. The dedication of the these guerilla fighters and how they lived is unimaginable.

The visit to China town, the best one I have ever been to, was exciting, delicious, and not to be missed. There is plenty of walking and we also got a chance to visit a local nightclub and the flower warehouse district. A great night.

Visiting the Grand Palace and the various buildings surrounding it was excellent. There were many tourists but manageable. Also seeing it at night is a must. We would like to spend more time in Bangkok as there way too much to explore.

The half day tour was excellent. The train experience was okay. I would have rather spent more time discovering Hanoi.

This is well worth the day on a comfortable boat with adequate space for the many passengers. The staff were excellent. The buffet lunch while extensive was not particularly tasty.

Parts of the trip were great. Other parts were ho hum. It seemed like they added things to just take up time. There were lots of obvious explanations. There is plenty of walking and it was hot. While I got a sense of the delta I felt like I wanted to learn more. Also the trip by boat was quite annoying as the river is filled with floating plant material which constantly clogged the propeller and required stopping and reversing the engine to go forward again. The river is quite dirty.

Well worth the experience exploring the forest, rice fields, waterfall, and learning about the variety of plant life and trees and how it is incorporated into the lives of those living there. It is a special area.

This is a must do and see experience. There is significant walking involved and climbing up stairs. Visiting Angkor Wat is one of the greatest experiences of my life. It is breathtaking in scope, scale, and detail. It is hard to imagine that is was created when it was.

This was our favorite hotel, among many very good hotels. Their breakfast buffet was astounding. Excellent helpful staff.

This was a very fun boat ride and Cooking class. Highly enjoyable.

Our time on the Indochine, cruising the really amazing HaLong Bay, was a wonderful experience.

Brian was an excellent guide. Very much enjoyed this experience. Guests should be given a heads-up about the traffic and resultant length of the car trip back and forth.

Very much enjoyed the Mua Cave and the Bai Dinh Pagoda was incredible.

Hoi An was terrific. Very much enjoyed.

The motorbike night tour of Saigon on Two Wheels was a very unique and wonderful experience.

We loved this half day tour, and we loved our guide, Brian. We saw and tasted and experienced so much, and he was really fun. Total thumbs up.

Good breakfast and great location. There must be karaoke bar close by so it is loud at night until 10:30pm.

Great food provided by the cruise. The extra bed is not very comfortable. The activity on the 2nd day is a bit boring—could plan something for exciting like speed boating.

Guide was flexible and asked what types of food we would like to try.

The trip on the smaller boat is lacking content. There were 2 hours of downtime after lunch and all of the senior family members were very bored and fell asleep on the chair. Wish there were more exciting activities such as speed boating

The whole thing should be only 30 min but the guide asked us to meet up too early. I don’t recommend this activity because putting a paper lantern with a candle in the water is pollution the environment.

Very far away and not educational at all. 1 part was to eat fruit and listen to some people singing. 2nd island we went had nothing to see. This one is not worth our time. The whole thing took 10 hours…

This is a small boutique hotel with spacious rooms, a gorgeous pool and breakfast area and wonderful staff. The manager takes special care of each guest getting to know the families. Great fresh food at the restaurants! Highly recommend.

Great location. Comfortable room, staff very polite, accommodating. Breakfasts typical Asian but a few Western options. Disappointed variety of fresh fruit options given Vietnam produces so much.

Well kept hotel, very nice grounds, very closed to town (quite walkable). We were there New Years Eve and the gala buffet dinner left a lot to be desired. I cannot comment on the non-holiday food options or quality but I was definitely unimpressed with the kitchen on the Eve and New Years Day. Food rather tasteless and not kept very warm. Breakfasts also did not have the variety of fresh fruit I expected from a hotel in the fruit producing country.

Outstanding service, rooms so well prepared and comfortable given this is a rather small ship. Chef prepared amazing meals in a confined space. So tasty, good portions and variety. He was easily able to accommodate diets that were fish only or meat only. This overnight was probably the highlight of the trip.

Primate rescue was worthwhile but the Cave could have easily been skipped. It didn't offer anything and was generally a waste of time.

Loved the authentic experience, scenery and cultural interactions excellent.

Fortunately weather was very cooperative. The overall experience was outstanding and a highlight of the trip.

Advertised as a replica junk with sails but there were no sails. It was poorly maintained. Needed painting, wall paper peeling, picture frames broken & the anchor system so rusted I thought it could break at any moment. Towels like sand o Paper & faded. Outside furniture faded. The staff was courteous & helpful & food quite good. Just the boat was poorly maintained. And the false advertising of having sails. Not good at all.

Great little hotel in Vietnamese decor. Good location walking distance to Hoi An old town.

Had a room under the restaurant & was noisy. They did change my room the next day which was quieter but heard rats in the ceiling during the night.

Good location in Siem Reap, beautiful grounds & rooms. This was our favorite hotel of our trip. We didn’t want to leave. The rooms were fabulous. With the first walk-in, beautiful spa/meditation music playing from the room’s music system. Pure Nirvana.

Too touristy. Would skip or just take a day tour. Too many boats & tourists.

Show was just ok but too many tourists. Going through the buffet with that many people was a bit disgusting. Too touristy.
