Our itinerary followed our guidelines to be action packed and cover lots of ground. We went to incredible locations and were with great people. We had an agency operator assigned that was available at all hours to answer questions and correct any issues. There were few communication errors but the agency was always very open to dialogue and fixing things. The places we went were AMAZING and we definitely see the benefit of getting a local to organize and plan the best set up. The hotels were aligned (some were great) and the places far exceeded anything we could imagine. We made memories for a lifetime and hope to be back some day

I thought the trip was amazing! Hichom our driver was the best ever! Very friendly, attentive and overall a very nice person. I enjoyed our guides in each city. They were knowledgeable and prideful of their people, city, country and culture. The Mosques were beautiful but we saw a lot of them which a bit much but enjoyed. I would have liked more time to shop at the fine jewelry shops in Rabat and the other market places but there was was some much ground to cover. I kinda felt we were in an endurance race to cover everything but we had to cut out a hike because we were tired from being on the “ go” so much. One to two hour guided tours turned into 4-5 hours which was a bit much at times. The hotel host s were very accommodating and hospitable. Loved the Sahara and camel ride! Just wonderful ! The relaxing massage at the end of the trip was a great way to reset and prepare for the travel back to the USA. Overall, one of my best trips! Had the best time! Our entire Morocco trip was world class in every way. The schedule was well prepared and the guides and the driver chosen for this trip were excellent. The hotels that were chosen for the trip were outstanding with the best customer service that we could get anywhere in the world.

There were only couple of small hiccups with the hotel reservation in Casablanca and the garden tickets in Marrakech but they were resolved very quickly. The guides chosen for the different visits in different cities were very knowledgeble as well as patient in taking us to all the key sites in the specific cities. Our driver was also very patient because my children were sick one of the days and so we had to make some adjustments to the travel plan to accommodate that. We were four of us and so I am sure each of us have our own memorable spots during our travel. For me it was Marrakech and our stay in the desert in Merzougah. Both were outstanding and showed us very different aspects of Morocco. The one aspect of Morocco that we all loved is the people who made us very welcome in every city that we visited. That is testament to the country being a fantastic place for tourists to come to and learn about and understand what Morocco is all about. Even though we did not speak Arabic or French, it was easy to communicate with anyone who dealt with tourists because English was very well spoken and understood everywhere.

Alvaro was a super specialist! We've never worked with a planner before and always did our own travel planning. Ecuador and the Galapagos seemed a little daunting to us, so we enlisted some help. Alvaro's help expanded from just Galapagos to our entire trip. He was always available to answer questions, make suggestions, follow up, check in with us, and send messages along the way as we geared up for our trip. We loved having a virtual call so we could go over what activities we enjoy doing the most and then Alvaro making suggestions and worked on a few revisions to make sure it was perfect.
I was not prepared for the level of support! We had tour guides at every junction guiding us to our next hotel, our flight, greeting us, and helping us check in. Our guides and drivers were all knowledgeable, friendly, and must be the best in the business! I would highly recommend any traveler, even a very experienced traveler, to use Alvaro and the Kimkim team to plan a memorable trip to any locale.

My daughter and I had a great time in Colombia, visiting the small colonial towns around the beautiful mountains of Antioquia. Our trip to Costa Rica was a trip of lifetime. Sergio, Charlotte and Nancy were incredibly helpful during the trip planning and while we were traveling.

We had a glitch at the start of the trip due to our flight delay leaving from US, which resulted in extremely late arrival in Costa Rica. The tour team jumped on to help right away to help with re-arranging the airport pickup, hotel and the tour activities planned for the first day.

We have a special needs child with significant food & env allergies and the tour team went out of their way to help with ensuring an accomodation throughout our trip including but not limited to arranging for special food items included in the local tours.

All tour plans/activities/transportations went without a hitch.
It was an incredible trip and we truly fell in love with Costa Rica!
What the country has achived for the conservation was absolutely remarkable!

This was our family's very first big vacation abroad and I am so glad that we did this trip with KimKim and Serendipity (Sergio, Charlotte and Nancy). It will be hard to match this experience for the future trips.

Bryan was extremely patient and thorough when planning our trip. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and adjust my plans accordingly. He truly understood what we were wanting for this trip and our experience exceeded our expectations. We had a great balance of cultural experiences and downtime to hang out at the beach and pools. All of our accommodations were interesting and wonderful -- not your average resort. We loved the Poas Volcano Lodge in the Cloud Forest. It was small and intimate, and they went out of their way to make our family feel welcome. My kids declared it the best hot cocoa. Our favorite was La Mariposa in Manuel Antonio. Monkeys were always around and we had a pair of Macaws fly past our balcony every morning. Nearby restaurants are great. Our favorite excursion here was the nighttime rainforest tour. The national park tour is a must, and we had THE BEST tour guide, but expect it to be very slow. Lost Iguana near La Fortuna is a good place to stay, but it could use a little bit of updating. However, the views are the best, great hiking trail and a good restaurant. Our kids liked the heated pool. The town of La Fortuna has a lot of shopping and restaurants. Our favorite events of the entire trip were here: The cultural experience was the absolute best and everyone should be so lucky to do this. Second to that was the Chocolate Factory Tour.

The hike is pretty and enjoyable , but the view of the volcano is better from a distance. Seeing the waterfall is pretty cool and we all enjoyed the enormity of it. The water is ice cold so don't expect to swim or stay very long. It's a quick trip to see the waterfall and hike back out.

This was the second time I used Kimkim to plan my South American trip. Jason was excellent in organizing everything from Beunosaires, El Calafate and peuroto natales to Punta Arenas. The day of ESTANCIA CRISTINA was the highlight of our trip!!! Even if there was hiccup he took care of it. Only improvement I might suggest is a packing list before trip might have been helpful. Punta Arenas some of the Penguin tours and transfers were not exactly up-to mark but Jason took care of the complaints very well to our satisfaction.

We ended up using Kimkim for an additional land based trip in Patagonia to compliment our Antarctica cruise, and most everything went off without a hitch. We were either texted or messaged regarding all our transfers, and even when our flight ended up coming in earlier than expected, our driver was there within minutes. My one comment would be I need to learn how to pack lighter as one of our domestic flights didn't like my carry on size. Otherwise, I'd say it was truly a great experience, and we will remember trekking in El Calafate for years to come. The whole process of planning our trip to Norway was so simple with the support of the wonderful team at kimkim. We started off with Andre, who came up with the initial plan based on my requests. When Andre moved on to another area, Linda took over, everything was seamless. We spent an incredible 6 days in Norway with the excitement of a RIB boat tour to watch the sea eagles and an amazing northern lights tour. An overnight trip on the Hurtigruten took us to our next adventure of reindeer sledding. We were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and learn about the local history and culture. There was only one small hiccup which was dealt with admirably by Tricia when I called the emergency number. Communication before, during and after our trip has been excellent.

The KimKim Team was fantastic! Joanna worked tirelessly to help incorporate all the things I wanted for our trip to Norway. She adjusted timelines and routes to ensure we could do all that we wanted to while there. She was quick to respond and always so friendly! As our trip got closer, we were transferred to another agent, Meree, who was helpful and wrapped up the final details. Finally, while in Norway we had a few huge hiccups with flights and Julia was on hand and ready to assist even on Christmas Eve! She found new flights for us and interrupted her own celebrations to help us get to our destinations safely,. I highly recommend KimKim to anyone needing help with a trip!

This extraordinarily interesting trip was brilliantly planned and executed by the KimKim team - online and on the ground.

We had wonderful and informative guiding through Kathmandu, downtime, fantastic trekking to Pikey Peak with Geshab, Lhakpa and Ganesh who inspired and amazed us, and a fascinating visit to Bhaktapur.

KimKim’s communication was brilliant - even in the depths of the Himalayas. We felt supported and loved the local understanding of culture and region.

The accommodation was exactly as expected, and exceeded all expectation in Bhaktapur! We have recommended KimKim to all our friends, some of whom have already booked or are doing their KimKim trips!

Our recent trip to Vietnam was AMAZING and would not have been possible with Hien's expertise, patience, and geniune desire to make our trip exactly as we wanted it to be. She answered all our questions during the planning process and was easily reachable during our trip so if any hiccups occurred or if we needed extra help, she was always in touch. We went back and forth making changes, etc. and had many versions of our itinerary; but throughout all of it, she was very accommodating. I highly recommend Hien and her travel services. We loved Dantanla Waterfalls and stayed all day until closing. With that in mind, do not make lunch plans and pack in a lunch or purchase food there. You'll want to stay the entire day to experience the falls, the alpine coaster, the ropes course and of zipline!

This was my son's favorite experience! Riding around the coastal town of Nha Trang in cyclos is a definite must do and see! The cyclos are motorized so I didn't feel as bad making this older gentlemen peddle me around. All our food stops was delicious and so good we went back the next day to eat again!

Our driver was the best! He dropped off and picked us up at Bana Hills and was so kind and patient since he waited for us nearly an hour after closing since we got lost trying to exit the park, etc. Bana Hills itself is also amazing and definitley work an entire day's visit!

Our two-week family trip to Morocco over winter break was a very memorable one. It was very well planned and executed by our tour organizer Hakim and our driver, Rahim. Anytime you organize a trip with multiple stops and destinations it can get a bit stressful. However, Hakim organized a perfect tour package for us with nine stops over fourteen days!! We started in Casablanca and made our way to Rabat, Tangier, Chefchouen, Fes, Erfoud, Todra Gorge, Marrakech, and Essaouria. We had our own van which was always very clean and comfortable, and we never felt terribly rushed as we went from one city to another. Our tour guides were very good, particularly in Marrakech. We also did a food tour in Marrakech and we were pleasantly surprised that there were a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans. Thank you Tariq for a great interactive gastronomic tour!
Hakim was always in touch with us during our vacation and Rahim was always with us and made sure the hotel check ins went smoothly. We have to thank Rahim for driving us around the country from the Imperial cities to the Atlas Mountains and to the coastal shores safely and efficiently. He always took us to the perfect restaurants along the way for lunch stops which we very much appreciated. Hakim planned a fantastic trip for us and Rahim executed it perfectly by making sure we got from one destination to the next safely and on time. Our Moroccan vacation came together very smoothly and exactly as planned like pieces on a puzzle fitting together in the right spot. We had great experiences, met some wonderful Amazigh people, and now have memories to last a lifetime.

Our trip to Spain was absolutely spectacular. Bea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She suggested options for our itinerary that enhanced our trip. We so appreciate her expertise and for arranging such a wonderful trip for us. We had a fabulous time!

We visited Madrid, Toledo, Merida, Zafra, Seville, Grazelema, Ronda, Granada and Cordoba. Our trip was filled with historical tours of many of the cities and the guides selected for us were wonderful. Most were local to the town we visited and most were true historians; extremely knowledgeable, but also with a good sense of humor. We enjoyed all of them. We also visited an Olive Oil Estate , Countryside Wine Tour and a Gourmet Tapas and wine tour. Each tour was unique and enjoyable. Ester was our favorite wine from our wine tour.
We also participated in a ceramic tile painting workshop while in Grenada. I would definitely recommend this workshop for all. They explained the process, demonstrated and were very patient with us as we tried to replicate their handiwork. We had so much fun and it is nice to have our tiles as a perfect souvenir.

Driving through the country was quite easy and a little interesting when arriving at city centers. Some of the roads are quite narrow, but it added to the adventure.

If I have another chance to visit Spain, I would spend more time in Toledo and Ronda. And I would leave the last couple of days without any plans to relax. With so much to see and do, it is hard not to over schedule.

Morocco was in our bucket list for quite sometime and we decided to take a trip on Dec 2023. We got really busy with our work and family didn't had much time to do the research.

I stumbled upon KimKim during a quick search about Morocco. My criteria was to go with a locally owned company and I noticed Abdellah's Origin Travels. Given rave reviews, I decided to given him a call. I am so glad I did.

His itinerary was fool proof, chose best experiences, hotels and he even considered experiences for our kid . What a trip that was !
We loved every aspect of it! Ilyaas our driver and guide kept in mind every minute details and things we requested for and accommodated it. Said & Abdellah kept in touch with us throughout the trip.

We love handmade & handicrafts. They took us to best co-operatives and souks. Fez is an unforgettable experience, so is Merzouga. To Camel keepers , local guides, Berber families ,Nomads , Riad & Kasabh staffs , Abdellah,Said &Ilyas : We can't thank you enough for the experience. We learned to be more kind , humble and appreciative of the diverse world we live in.

Being a foodie, I can't stop without a review on food .We had so many great meals but the best one we liked was a Berber dish prepared for us at Merzouga. The Kasabh name is Takojt. The meat & egg prepared the Berber way, OMG! It was out of this world.
