We spent 5 absolutely fabulous days in Jordan organised by Amanda. Everything was spot on. The organisation, selection of sites and timing were perfect. We had Safwat as our guide and driver. The service was impeccable from our arrival at the airport where he was waiting for us to his guidance, advice and suggestions right up to the very end when he safely transferred us back to the airport. I will definitely book my future holidays with kimkim.

I understand we had no choice, either that or stay at the hotel where there also was nothing to do but swim in the pool Hotel was fine but lots under construction so although the service was terrific there really was no charm to it. The islands were made for tourists and held no beauty or anything of interest. The swimming was in a restricted area which made it crowded and murky waters, totally unappealing considering the Pacific can be so beautiful. The lunch was like pigs eating at a trough. That last island again was for tourists. Nothing indicative of the Philippines, its beauty or history. Just ugly island with murky water and totally overcrowded.
I've traveled to 150 countries and would never recommend this tour to anyone.

It's a shame that your trip here was very short, and therefore we had no room for corrections. Your trip relied almost solely on Puerto Pricesa and the Underground River, so once the park was closed we tried the best that we can to make something out of it.

We really appreciated the phone and outlet converters. She was very watchful and responsive the entire trip. Our walking tour of Ljubljana helped us get our bearings of the town, which is the most beautiful capital city I've seen. We enjoyed the trip to and from Idrija because our driver was interesting and gave us a perspective of the different cultures in Slovenia. The mine was also a really good tour. Then we met Midja, who was the nicest driver and really went out of his way to give us the best tour. He took us on a few detours that turned out to be scenic as well as practical. He walked with us to the ticket offices, helped check us into our accommodations, and even accompanied us on some short hikes. We thought Postonja Caves was very touristy but still worth the trip. We absolutely loved Skocjan Caves and would go there again. The Predjama Castle was also awesome, but I would also have liked to take the tour below the castle through the caves there. I was glad Piran was kept on the list, even though it was not on my list, but Piran turned out to be a gem. I would have stayed another day had I known was a sweet place it is. Our rafting trip in Bovec on the Soca River was really fun and memorable. We got in a lot of walking/hiking and Midja took us to see interesting places on the way to and out of Bovec, such as Ravelnic, the trenches from WWI, and Kluza Fortress. Going over the Vrsic Pass with Midja driving was a very nice experience. He stopped several times for us to admire the scenery and stretch. Lake Bled was a bit more busy than we expected, but Midja took us on a wondrous tour on our way to Lake Bohinj. We walked one way along the Vintgar Gorge, and drove through a high plateau and around the lake. He taught us about local food in a restaurant up at Vogel. Our last day was spent biking through some of the most scenic Alpine villages on our way to Radovljica, to experience the Slovenian bees. Our bike tour guide was very considerate and I could have talked with the beekeeper in Selo for hours.

Assam was our driver. From the moment we met him at 3:40 AM at the airport until the moment he dropped us, he took very good care of us. The car was very nice, always clean and cold. After a walk in the castle or at Jerash, per say, it was nice coming back to a cool car. Assam was very patient and even took the liberty to show us some stuff that weren't planned, which we loved. He was very friendly and his English was good enough for us to understand him. We felt safe with him.

I couldn't recommand this agency enough. If you are looking to book with an agency in Jordan, please consider doing it with Kimkim. The trip was well planned and the staff was very friendly! Thank you again for everything.

The itinerary was paced just right, with a number of sites and activities, but also including down time. Our guides were the best: Si in Hanoi and its environs, Rati in Angkor, and Nina in Phnom Penh were all highly qualified and in addition to explaining the sites to us, allowed us to get to know them as individuals and friends. The hotels were all comfortable, with staff who went out of their way to see to our needs. The three most memorable highlights of the trip were spending the night on the boat in Ha Long bay (along with the swimming and kayaking), experiencing Angkor Wat and its nearby temples, and touring the genocide museum in Phnom Penh. Without exception, we found the people of Vietnam and Cambodia to be welcoming and friendly and would love to return to these wonderful countries.

We traveled to Greece early June 2019. Harris was our Kim Kim local specialist who helped us plan the trip. He was always responsive and helped us refine the trip down to each detail. He was in touch with us throughout the trip as well, providing tips and suggestions , making sure everything was going as planned and problem solving as needed. Our trip was in two parts. The first part was just two of us traveling in the Peloponnese Peninsula with a car rental. The boutique hotels we stayed in were perfectly comfortable and friendly, with a lovely breakfast . The breakfast at the hotel in Napflio (Amymone and Andiande suites) included everything fresh from the owner's farm. In Mystra, ( Mazaraki Guest House) our breakfast was served in a basket delivered to our room so we could eat on our balcony overlooking the beautiful valley. All historical sites and tours with private guides were impressive and fascinating to say the least. We toured Olympia with our excellent guide Antonia , and Mycenae and Epidaurus with the knowledgeable guide Ilias. In Olympia we had a very charming meal at the Bacchus Inn which if we had more time we would have stayed there over night along with enjoying their hillside pool and excellent house wines. The food and wine everywhere was always outstanding especially the remarkable seaside village of Limeni where we feasted on FRESH seafood that was caught and grilled very near to our waterside table. Nafplio was also a wonderful seaside town with many outside dining spots and unlimited fun small boutiques. Another highlight was our visit to Monemvasia, which was an ancient island village on the Aegean sea, one of a kind, with soaring views of the turquoise blue water. Our auto rental was an Audi 3 which was perfect for the winding sometimes narrow Greek roads and on the perfectly engineered smooth highways.
The second part of our trip was returning to Athens to meet with our three adult children. Our welcome dinner at Mauro Provato ( Black Sheep) was excellent. We toured the remarkable Acropolis. It was extremely crowded. I had been there 38 years ago and at that time was on the rock with myself and a traveling companion and not another soul! Such a difference!! We visited the market place named Monestraki where the shopping was exciting and very worthwhile. We traveled on to the islands of Mykonos, Naxos and Santorini by high speed ferry. The ferries were a wonderful way to travel, very comfortable and fast! We enjoyed a "strawberry moon" festival in Mykonos, a wonderful hike with our brilliant guide Matina and a Greek night of dancing and plate smashing at the Flamingo on the water front in Naxos. On Santorini, we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the caldera, shopping, an ebike tour at sunset (with guide Dimitri) and a catamaran sunset cruise and barbecue, our favorite event . We sailed to three different beaches and could swim off the boat at each location. The cliffs and colors were amazing. Thanks to Harris and Kim Kim for helping us plan this wonderful journey.

I do have two suggestions for improvements. Both are not under your control, so just future recommendations. 1. Oslo city center is very noisy during the summer evenings and without air conditioning we are force to keep windows open in the hotel room, which leads to late lot of street noise and sleepless nights. 2. During Norway holidays, nothing is operational. Including restaurants, transport or even grocery stores. Need to account for those especially if you are in remote locations like Kalvag.
