Incredible cruise. The archipelago is stunningly beautiful and the San Rafael glacier was amazing. Highly recommend it. The crew is knowledgeable and helpful Everything is well organized. The food was really good.

The hotel is nice, and the rooms are a good size. The restaurant for dinner was very good. The lunch menu is very small - basically burgers. The rooms have no A/C, just a fan . . . so it can get quite warm in the summer. The pool did not have fresh water; it looked stagnant and not inviting at all.

We stayed here multiple times as we flew to the airport one day and back out again the next day. The dinner restaurant is fine, but the breakfast wasn't worth waking up for. We went the first day and then after that didn't bother with breakfast because the fruit looked sad, the eggs were runny, and nothing really looked appealing. The rooms are nice, large, and well air-conditioned. It is a very easy walk from arrivals to the hotel.

We didn't end up staying at this hotel. We booked it and paid for it and didn't get a refund. In spite of that, we switched to another hotel. The room was not well-maintained. The shower pan was stained and dirty looking - no way was I going to stand in that shower. The rest of the bathroom was sad. The room was very hot . . . and there was only a fan. The door to the patio had a screen, but it had holes in it. The only place for wifi was by reception, which was also sad looking - not a place where you want to hang out at all. The location would have been fine - about an 8 minute walk to the main restaurants/beach area, but we couldn't handle it.

This hotel is older - the rooms are small and a bit run-down. There is no elevator, so if you're traveling with suitcases, request a room on the ground floor. The breakfast area is upstairs, so that could be a problem if you have mobility issues. The toilet in our room was lopsided . . . which tells you the attention to detail to expect in the hotel. The location is fine - and easy 5 minute walk to the beginning of the main street through the small town.

The foyer and reception areas are much nicer than the rooms. The rooms are small and the bathrooms (and the shower) are tiny. The food was fine. The location is okay, but you are at least 12 minutes walk from the water.

The hotel is new and well-maintained, but it is a 10-minute, rough ride through rough roads via Uber to get to the town where the restaurants are. After a long day of excursions, we weren't particularly excited about having to catch an uber into town. The cost of the uber is reasonable, about $5 USD each way, but it's a bit of a hassle. The breakfast was nice - and is available in the fridge (cereal, breads, coffee, and fruit) so you can eat it when you want to . . . which means you don't have to get a packed breakfast for an early excursion. That was a nice benefit.

We stayed here twice. Depending on what you want to do, this location could be good. Apparently it is completely unsafe in the evenings, though. The desk clerk and 2 strangers all told us to hold on to our phones and be careful . . . . Yikes! The rooms have A/C, but our first room was HOT and the AC was supposedly on. The other two rooms were a bit better, but not really cooled. So, if you like a room to be cool when you sleep, I would go elsewhere. The dinner and the breakfasts were both good.

Gloria and Leonids were suggest gracious hosts and it was an honor to have a meal in their home. Highly recommend this to anyone who has the chance. Just an amazing experience. I will never forget the “third flavor”.

Loved this place. The service was impeccable and warm. I felt like I was returning home after every excursion and always had what I needed there, whether it was coffee, snacks, wine or water. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were always so pleasant and friendly.

We were only there for a quick overnight ~8 hours. The hotel was fairly comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Probably not the best location or option if you are going to stay more than a couple of nights

If you are looking for a higher end accommodation, this may not be your place. It is centrally located in Puerto Natales, but the rooms were small and you won't be able to control room temperature from individual rooms. The room didn't come with a TV (which was ok, but not great), and no refrigerator...which was an issue because my wife has medications that required that. If you go upstairs to the hotel bar be prepared at checkout to have to pay in Chilean Pesos...since they wouldn't allow credit cards to finalize the bill...just a couple of small amenities that could have been better.

Lago Grey was outstanding! Yes, it is remote within the National Park....but that was made it terrific. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, staff were very supportive and customer focused, and the rooms were big with knock out views of Lago Grey. The room did have a TV, but no refrigerator, but the staff were super accommodating to helping us get medications properly stored. I can't say enough great things about this property...a definite must go!

This overview type tour was fantastic. Jose Gonzalez was one of the best tour guides we have ever experienced anywhere. This tour gives a great taste of many aspects of Torres Del Paine National Park...which was a great way to see a lot of things in half a day! The provided lunch at the Lago Grey cafeteria was very good and needed !! Nicely done to Jose!!

Worth the effort to go to the island and view the penguins and other birds in their natural environment. A great tour for the Punta Arenas time of our itinerary

One of our highlights..especially since we stayed right at the Hotel Lago Grey! The boat trip was fantastic and the views of the glacier were awe inspiring!! This is a can't miss excursion if you are anywhere near Lago Grey.

Spectacular...but be forewarned, this hike is a difficult trek (not close to moderate) and not for the faint of heart. Views were spectacular and the guides were fantastic. 22 kilometers (13.7 miles) with elevation changes and variable trail conditions and weather conditions made this an experience of a lifetime, but also challenging!

Very comfortable, clean hotel in one of the nicest areas of Santiago. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable. Incredible views of the lake and volcanos. Nice breakfast buffet. Lobby room was an excellent place to relax and take in the scenery.

Great way to end our trip! Eli was our guide once again, prepared us well for the white water, and it was a great experience.

Herman our guide was so knowledgeable, and his personal experiences and character were a huge plus.

This was the highlight of our trip. Kayaking the river and fjord, the wildlife, the guide, the food, sleeping overnight in tents near the water, swimming in the icy water, seeing penguins, dolphins and sea lions, the experience of eating farm-fresh food at the farm itself - all were things to remember.

Jorge our guide was excellent, and the experience was invigorating. It was cloudy so we couldn't see the top of the volcano, but it was still beautiful and we got an incredible view of the Lake of the Saints.

Our guide Luis had a great sense of humor, was very knowledgeable, and this was a nice, easy hike with a lot of beautiful scenery.

Jorge set us up for a great ride from Frutillar to LLanquihue. The ride wasn't too strenuous, and we had great views of the lake, farms, country side, and the cities. Jorge had an delicious lunch and great assortment of local beers for tasting when we were finished.

Amazing stay with llamas in the backyard and fresh and authentic food.

There was no AC, only one portable fan...there is available only one electrical outlet to accommodate either the fan or the TV. The bathroom and room furniture need some update.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant was so-so. Also, it was located far from the main town so you have to rely on their shuttle service (which stops running at 9:30pm).

Really nice and comfortable hotel. The staff was the highlight, they were so nice and caring. You almost felt like you were staying at your grandmother's home (in fact, the translation of Hare Nua is "Grandma's house").

Jose was a wonderful guide! We learned so much about the culture of Chile and the history of Santiago with him as our guide!

This was a really fun day. We visited a winery in the Casablanca Valley, did some wine tasting. Then we visited Valparaiso, a beautiful port city with lots of amazing street art. And finally, we walked around the city and beach of Vina del Mar. We had Jose again as our guide, he was superb again!

Wonderful experience, we got to see so many stars and constellations, as well as 4 planets. The transportation was great and the guides (astronomy experts) were engaging and knowledgeable.

This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Pierre (our guide) was very kind and knowledgeable. The Salt Flats are very beautiful and unique. We started by visiting Salar de Talar, then we visited Laguna Miscanti and Laguna Miniques. On the drives, we spotted a lot of native wildlife and were able to see llamas and vicunas up close. Our final stop was the signpost for the Tropic of Capricorn.

Another major highlight of our trip. We loved seeing the Tatio Geysers, you can get really close to the geysers. This is the 3rd largest geothermal site in the world (behind Yellowstone and a site in Russia), and the one at the highest altitude. We had a delicious breakfast at Geyser Blanco. On the drive back, we saw a flamingo reserve and visited the Atacama Wetlands.

The Valle de la Luna is an incredible experience. We loved it! Otherworldly landscapes, including sand dunes, craters, cliffs, and bizarre rock formations. We learned that the movie Dune and the TV series Mandalorian had scenes filmed in Valle de la Luna. The sunset we experienced was truly unforgettable!

Ata, our guide, was incredible. Very enthusiastic, and he shared so much knowledge with us about the culture and history of the Rapa Nui people. The Moai sites themselves were really beautiful and incredible! Ahu Akivi was my favorite. My only suggestion for improvement was that this tour did not include Rano Raraku and Ahu Tongariki, which are the most famous Moai sites on Easter Island! The only reason I know this is because I researched the island ahead of time. We had to make our own arrangements to see these beautiful sights. They should be included in the tour!!

Anakena Beach was wonderful. Pink sand beaches, clear blue water, Moai statues, delicious food (tuna empanadas and shrimp empanadas), and pisco sours. What more could you wish for??

Ata was excellent again as our guide! We loved learning about the Birdman culture on the island and seeing the houses from the Orongo Volcano village. We also did a guided hike down from the volcano down to the town which was very nice.

Unfortunately, this activity began with a significant delay of nearly two hours, which resulted in one member of our group being unable to attend. It was far from ideal to plan this excursion, especially knowing we had an extremely early departure for Calama the next morning

The visit to Magdalena Island was both entertaining and fascinating. However, we unfortunately encountered coordination issues with the transportation that morning

Overall, for some reason, we didn’t feel the sense of awe we had expected when seeing the Moais. However, the island itself is far more beautiful than we imagined, and its people are absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, our guide, David, left us quite disappointed and with many unanswered questions

The excursion to Grey Glacier was a beautiful experience, but the walk along the beach proved to be exhausting for my mother, an elderly woman

Angel and Jennifer were excellent hosts on the Santiago food tour. I really enjoyed going to the local market and picking out food for a picnic. Angel is very knowledgeable about Santiago and provided us a lot of insights on daily life of locals. As a vegetarian, he made sure that all food stops had an option for me. At the end of the tour we had a picnic in the park beautifully prepared by Jennifer. Thank you for a great day!

I enjoyed this small organic winery in the Casa Blanco wine region. Great wines!
