This hotel could hardly be better. Incredible service. Clean and elegant accommodations. Amazing breakfast.

Exceeded expectations. Very comfortable. Great service. Fun to visit caves, fishing village, and to kayak. A lot packed in. Excellent food.

Greta location to experience the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Breakfast buffet offered excellent variety and staff were most helpful.

As we waited for our boat excursion, we had the opportunity to walk about. This was one of few companies that appeared to offer balconies for all rooms, a definite plus. The tour guide was most knowledgeable and offered assistance to assist with issues that arose. It was a perfect way to end our trip, not only to Vietnam but also to Southeast Asia.

Location was perfect, just a few steps away from the bustling Old Quarters in Hanoi. Service and service staff were very friendly, attentive, prompt and bilingual. Room were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful with an array of fresh fruits and vietnamese and western style breakfast available. Amenities were phenomenal with the rooftop pool/bar along with the steam, sauna and whirlpool.

Spacious rooms with a lovely view of the mountain and valleys of SaPa. Only thing I found a bit of a nuisance was the wooden bathtub in the shower took up a lot of room.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent when many food options. Umbrella rental service was great especially due to the torrential rain.

Great experience. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Upper deck was very spacious, clean and had great 360° views of Ha Long Bay. Service was superb. The food was okay, didn't seem as authentically Vietnamese. Drinks are expensive as all pricing is in USD.

Great overall experience with our guide. Some of the food places were okay, we did find a few places that were much better on our own.

Great experience. The views are spectacular however just wear comfortable hiking shoes. The Eco Park was phenomenal followed by the bost tour along the water and into the caves. The food we had (lunch) in between activities was okay, quality was not the best.

A great way to experience the local cuisine and life of habitats in the region. Do note, comfortable hiking shoes and rain gear is always recommended as you'll be doing a lot for walking down uncharted terrain where you can really experience the beauty of the countryside. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Day 2 in SaPa with our lovely tour guide. Great experience walking from our hotel to the next village. Experiencing the local people, culture, folk music and day to days was lovely. Fansipan park later in the day was another great way to top off our experience. Seeing the world's highest situated Buddah statue in the world was phenomenal.

A nice way to immerse yourself in the day to days of a local fisherman. Having the opportunity to cast the fishing nets and learning how to repair it was cool. But most of all having the opportunity to sit down and ask them questions about how Hoian has changed and how global warming and tourism has impacted the community both from a positive and negative aspect. Food tour in HoiAn was phenomenal, lots of great and tasty street food options. Our local guide was awesome and knew all the cool places to eat both touristy and off-the-beaten-path

Great place to visit and indulge in the local culture, cuisine and shops. Easy to get around town once you get familiarized with the area.

Great way to experience the local boats and market. Cooking class with spring rolls and ginger chicken dish was excellent also.

Best breakfast of all the hotels on the trip. The staff are super attentive and amazing and actually remembered our names. The steam room and shower and pool facilities were great to use even after we checked out that morning. Would definitely stay here again. Location was also great!!

Good but tub was a bit weird. Location was not as close to downtown Sapa but great views.

The experience and room was fantastic but the food was too westernized, and everything was expensive in US dollars.

The food line up for this tour is good for people who prefer western food but we like the food a bit more local. We wanted a bit more adventurous food options.

Lots of walking! But amazing views of the rice terraces. It was muddy so we got very dirty! Lunch was very tasty! The Hmong people following you down the entire 8km trek is annoying but they actually helped us from falling and slipping so I guess it was okay. Makes you feel pressured to buy things. Make sure you have good hiking shoes with grip!!

We enjoyed our walk to CatCat although it was a bit rainy and the stones leading down to CatCat were very slippery so I couldn’t enjoy the view and was looking down the whole time at the ground. Once we arrived at CatCat it was beautiful blue sky and stopped raining. The village was beautiful and very picturesque. No Hmong locals followed us this time so it was better. I was very tired from the hike the previous day so we had to pay extra to get a taxi to drive us back up the 3km hill (uphill the whole way!) I wish they had the private driver pick us up from CatCat there but oh well. We had free time for lunch in Sapa then got driven to Fansipan. Fanispan and the temples itself is beautiful but the surrounding area is very touristy. I enjoyed the views from the gondola.

The views were breathtaking and we liked our room, just the food was a bit too westernized and the drinks were in USD and very expensive compared to the rest of our trip. We enjoyed the cave, the squid fishing, and the cooking class, and the kayaking to a secluded beach.

We enjoyed the cave and morning Tai Chi. Also transportation back home was very streamlined.

Jam packed day but it was great even despite the heavy torrential rains! Our guide kept positive and we had a great time fishing, biking, boating, cooking, and seeing the silk worms! To top it all off we had plenty of great food on the food tour!

Big fan of free days and exploring at your own pace, also gives a chance for rest when itinerary is jam packed!

We had a free day and just arranged for transport to airport only, loved having free time to pick up any last minute souvenirs!

Lovely warm staff, great service, right on the beach, though the beach wasn't the best beach to enjoy on as it was very narrow.

Beautiful hosts. Kind, generous family running this place. Spent a lot of time taking us around their home town on a bicycle so we got to see the real Mekong Delta life and history , as well as tour the local area.

Hanoi Pearl was one of my favorite hotels because the hotel staff was always kind, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely want to return to this hotel in the future!

I really enjoyed my one-night stay on the Swan Cruise! The staff was extremely friendly, waving upon arrival from the charter boat, constantly providing step-by-step instructions and the daily agenda, which was helpful to know what to expect. Throughout the trip, the staff always asked for feedback: were we comfortable, did we have warm showers, were the beds comfy, was the food good, etc. This attention to feedback and immediate responses made me feel very welcomed.

Great staff, swimming pool, bar/restaurant! The breakfasts included was also delicious and fresh daily!

Although the breakfast and location were great, I would say that there's room for improvement.

Great tour guide, informative and Ninh Binh is beautiful. A great day trip from Hanoi. Beware the climb to the top of the mountain - not for the height hearted but well worth it!

The Can Tho Ecolodge was amazing. The rooms were great, the pool was nice and the setting was really cool. However, the service in the restaurant was below par, and the food was average at best. We wanted to get massages, but they didn't have enough masseuses working the hours we wanted. The water heater system was also noisy and disruptive.

The Nha Trang Snorkeling tour was very average. The location was overcrowded and the waters were murky. I recommend skipping this tour and snorkeling at the Amiana beach instead.

This was an amazing experience. It was great to immerse ourselves in the culture and learn about the Vietnamese family's lifestyle. The language barrier was a tiny issue, but our guide helped with the translation. This was one of the best parts of the trip and I'd highly recommend it to others.

Hoi An is an amazing city.

This was our favorite day of the trip. The Day family that hosted us were amazing. Loved everything about Hoi An.

Our guide Jade is an absolute gem. She took care of us, answered all our questions and made sure we had a very authentic experience. Would recommend this tour 100 percent!

Truthfully, the boat needs updating. It’s a humid, hot country so I understand a certain amount of wear and tear. The staff were amazing, service is not lacking one bit. However, the boat is old and our bathroom had a very bad smell. Otherwise, great time.

Be warned, the imperial city is HUGE!! Lol. Not something anyone can change, but it’s large, there’s a lot of history and it’s extremely hot in September. However, it’s beautiful and a must see for sure.

The rooms are surprisingly nice for a boat. Way better than like a cruise ship. Food is great. They have an affordable spa. And the views are simply incredible. Boat staff are also super nice.

The Hidden Charm hotel in Ninh Binh was quite nice. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and it felt safe. It was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the next day's tour. The hotel also had a restaurant, which was a plus.

The Tirant Hotel in Hanoi was quite luxurious. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. There was a rooftop restaurant which offered great food and a beautiful view of the sunset. Even though I arrived late and didn't do much in Hanoi, the hotel was a positive part of my experience.

Beautiful scenery.

I felt at ease with the transportation from the airport to Ninh Binh. The driver and guide were friendly and professional, making the two-hour drive more comfortable. The journey was a bit hectic and stop-go, which might be a problem for those who get motion sickness easily. But overall, the pick-up and transfer service was efficient and reliable.

The Halong Bay cruise was far more incredible than I expected. The views of the islands were absolutely stunning. The cruise itself was a highlight of the trip.

The Thien Canh Son Cave was part of the Halong Bay tour. It was a bit crowded and not as memorable as other parts of the trip. It was a short walk through a small cave. It wasn't a must-see activity, but it was included and gave us a chance to get off the boat.

Hotel was fine and clean and in centre of city.. Definitely 3 star.. so no complaints. Would have been happy to pay a bit more for higher grade hotel😀

By far the coolest thing we did on our trip! Minh was an absolutely amazing guide and showed us parts of Saigon by bike that there is simply no way we would have found on our own!
