Imam remiss in not writing this review earlier ! Luis organised the most amazing trip we could ever have done in the time we had in Spain. I had done quite a bit of research beforhand but needent have bothered. He just asked us for a few ideas we had and then like an architect, brought everything together like magic. The local guides and drivers he selected were absolutely first class, along with the hotel recommendations too. Trust his ideas is all i can say :0

We stayed here on Luis’s recommendation and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The folks there were just amazing. When my two teenage boys wanted to have a night out they advised how to keep safe and arranged transport both ways to make sure that they were. Just outstanding. The location is perfect - steps away from the cathedral so you can see it off peak and lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Stay here if you can!

The assembly place didn’t have clear signange.

Our local specialist Hakim was very efficient and attentive during our planning process and during our trip.
Our driver/guide, Hakim Hamzawi, was also wonderful. He helped us navigate some very difficult circumstances during our trip, and was very flexible and resourceful. He is a lovely, compassionate man with excellent language skills.

Robi was absolutely wonderful and went out of his way to ensure all 4 of us had a customized experience that was epic! He modified things as we went, including accommodating someone who wasn’t able to follow the original program due to injury. He is keenly observant and quickly figured out what would delight us. He is super responsive, warm, friendly, fun, super smart, knows everyone, has encyclopedic knowledge of history, culture and nature, and shares his love of Croatia in a way that is infectious! We could not have been happier. Especially loved the cycling routes and hikes he chose. Thank you, Robi!

From the time we started planning our trip to the last day, it was an amazing experience. Our agent Chris was amazing, he went the extra mile to make sure our trip was what we wanted. He met us in Greece for a face to face, this was nice because we could ask more questions. We did 3 days in Athens, 3 days in Mykonos and 2 days in Santorini. Despite some rain and cooler weather, we had a great experience and are already talking about a second trip. Our hotel in Athens was just a short walking distance to all the main attractions and definitely recommend a personal guided tour. When in Mykonos we stayed at the Princess hotel, 5 stars!!! All of the staff were friendly and very accomodating. I highly recommend renting 4 wheelers, we were able to see the island and it's hidden treasures. Lastly, our villa in Santorini was to die for...THE SUNSET VIEWS!!! We did wish however we had more time in Santorini, 2 days wasn't enough. I highly recommend KimKim for your planning agents.

I had such an unforgettable trip to Iceland. This is actually the third time I used Kim Kim. Our group worked directly with Eric as well as a few other employees from Kim Kim. All were professional and hard-working. Through them we were able to have wonderful memories. Thanks for helping us navigate through all the details.

Chris did an excellent job from start to finish! This is the first time that I have sought a professional to plan my trip overseas AND I have no regrets! Chris helped us choose excursions that allowed us to maximize our time at each stop based on our interests and level of activity. We did a lot of walking and eating! While Chris could not control the weather (it was unseasonably colder and rainy), I am thankful that we did not attempt our itinerary in the summer. We were able to "comfortably" hike and walk the countless stairs and hills we encountered in Athens, Mykonos, Naxos, & Santorini. Each of our stops was unique in its own way. We started in Athens only to see the Acropolis. Aside from the historical importance, Athens was "ok"... not nearly as impressive as other European cities. A day and a half was plenty for us (keeping my review honest). Via the high speed ferry, we headed to Mykonos. Be prepared to get lost in the beautiful, white, and windy streets. I highly recommend the "Sailing" tour. Our captain and his right hand did an awesome job of taking care of everyone's needs (8 of us). We had an outstanding meal prepared for us onboard. I was impressed with their ability to navigate the seas (and guests!) when we hit some concerning and bad weather. This is not an excursion I would recommend fr anyone that may become seasick! We headed next to Naxos. From a cultural experience, Naxos was my favorite place. I would describe it as a blue collar island with friendly and accessible locals. Our hotel was a clean and inviting family run hotel with the BEST breakfast of all the places we stayed. The wife did the cooking and the grandma did the dishes. Interacting with the locals made up for the lack of a pool and smaller room. The locals (strangers on the street) walked us to our destinations when we were lost and restaurant owners sat with us at dinner. The "Taste of Naxos" tour was top notch and our guide was so beyond lovely. Our last stop was Santorini.....a breathtaking island! The views from our hotel are like nothing I have ever seen. We did an 8-10 hour tour (7 people) that took us all around the island. The first half was museum and archeological focused. The second half of the tour was all about the views, small towns, and a wonderful meal at a winery. Elena was our tour guide. We loved her! She was passionate about the island and somewhat of a celebrity at all of our stops. She knew everyone and went above and beyond to meet the needs of everyone on our tour. We had the best weather on our last day in Santorini. Perfect weather for a wooden boat excursion. However, for us, this excursion was a bit too long. It was supposed to be a 6 hour sunset/dinner cruise. The dinner on the boat was the least impressive of all of our excursions. I attribute this to the larger number of people on this excursion (25-40 people). Thus, it was not as intimate as we would have liked. The good weather saved the day! Overall, the transfers that Chris organized for us, were always on time, easy to find, and very professional. The cars & small vans were always very clean. He provided us a welcome packet with our ferry tickets and a detailed outline of our trip. He checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going as planned. He was available and quickly investigated the only "glitch" we encountered with our transfer from the wooden boat tour. Overall, he planned an excellent trip based on our feedback. I am grateful that he suggested we add Naxos to our trip as it complimented the other islands (that I full of tourists). Did I mention that the food in Greece is AMAZING! I highly recommend Chris if you are planning a trip to Greece!

Very chaotic! Everyone was directed to a large (50 person) bus. It took a long time to drop off people individually at their hotels. Up to this point, our transfers were either just us or a small group (4-8 people) and seamless.

We had an incredible experience planning our trip to Greece with Chris. I would highly recommend his services to my friends and family. He was extremely responsive, attentive and flexible. During the planning process, we had numerous changes that required him to rework our existing plans. Chris is was always patient and adjusted to our changing needs. When we arrived in Greece, I did not have to worry about anything. He made the trip seamless and enjoyable. It was the first vacation where I could truly relax because someone else had taken care of all of the logistical details. We did have an emergency (stolen passport) that could have derailed the entire trip, but once again, Chris helped us navigate the challenge and made sure we were still able to enjoy the trip.

Kim kim did a wonderful job taking our preferences and creating a great trip plan complete with rental car, hotels, tickets to key tours and recommendations for eating establishments. Perhaps best of all they were constantly available to assist us with questions and assistance. I would book through them again!!!

A special mention also goes to our driver, Kapila -a true gentleman and the best chaffeur/guide. He looked after us and watched out for our well-being throughout the 10 day period. He was always on time and ready when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Was not lucky to see a leopard in the safari; but an overall satisfactory experience. Close encounters with a lot of elephants, crocodiles and many types of birds.

I would have chosen a different hotel in Amalfi. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was warm at night. It was not comfortable to sleep there.

I was unhappy with the customer service with the vespa tour company. The tour started late, the restaurant we went to at the end of the tour was not very good. I would have preferred to pick a restaurant in Sorrento.

The tour guide, Leonardo, cut our tour short at the Vatican. He thought it was 3 hours when it was 4 hours. I would have preferred to stay in the Vatican longer because it was rushed.

This was my first trip using a travel company. I've traveled to Europe before and planned everything myself. I don't plan on using a travel company again.

I do appreciate that when we had issues during the trip, Jessica was helpful to get things fixed. However, I think these issues would not have happened if I had planned everything on my own.

From the beginning of planning this trip, Yassine (our trip coordinator) was a huge help. We were able to tailor our trip to our interests and experience unique adventures that we will never forget. Yassine was able to listen to our desires, make great recommendations, and explain the small nuances that really helped up navigate another country and be prepared for all of our events.

Our private driver, Hamza was along with us for the entire 12 days. This was a first time experience for us with an international trip, and how amazing it was. He was not just a driver, he was a point person that was able to help with any in country concerns/accommodations. He went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met, we really felt taken care of while he was with us. Even more so, we got to know him over the 12 days of our vacation and we truly felt like we made a friend in Morocco. We know that our trip was so special with many thanks to Hamza.

We also had amazing tour guides during this trip, I’d especially like to mention that Hamid (our guide in Fez), and Hassan (our guide in Marrakech), were both knowledgeable, friendly, and of great assistance with navigating not just the medinas, but the culture in Morocco. If we told them there was something we were interested in purchasing, they both really went out of their way to help us with finding high quality products and with the negotiation process that many vendors use.

I loved every part of this trip, I have built memories and relationships that I will never forget. I am so grateful to Kimkim for being a company that I trust (as I’ve worked with Kimkim 2 times in the past) and offering me access to these wonderful experiences.

This was a really unique accommodation, it had a very authentic and traditional vibe. The staff were very friendly and a huge compliment to the chef. The meals provided here were hands down some of the best we had in Morocco! The name, Paradise of Silence, is very fitting. You really did get to hear all the sounds that you never noticed before, from the wind to the trees, it was just magical.

We had a marvelous time on our tour of Morocco. The driver kalil who was with us during our stay was Amazing. He was very professional, patient protective and fun. On every stop we had local guides who were knowledgeable and made the stops interesting. We were 4 travelers really enjoyed our trip in a private comfortable air-conditioned van.We had lots of room and we managed to stop at several places we liked along the way. Overall great tour. I Would recomend a few things for potential tourists. Don't stay at the gorge unless u plan to hike . I would have driven straight to Benn Haddou a wonderful place with great Riad and or an extra day at a road in the Atlas.mountains.or. Marrakesh.the coolest city in Morocco.

The guides we had in Johannesburg and Stellenbosch were all excellent. Itu was our guide for Soweto and the Apartheid Museum. He gave us a very clear picture through his eyes and experience that was both informative and emotionally moving. Mthandeni, who took us to Pretoria and the Cullinan Diamond Mine was also very thorough and had interesting things to share with us. Craig with Capey Tours was a fun guide for the wine country. He captured our idea of how we wanted to experience that. He was also very helpful (and flexible) in helping us arrange for wine shipping.

On the downside, I feel that there were some definite glitches with Moafrika, the agent in Johannesburg. Let me be specific: Itu was supposed to take us to Lebo’s for dinner after our Soweto tour. The address he was given was incorrect. We searched and finally found Lebo’s, but they had no booking for us. This was a dinner that was included in the price of the tour. We went back to the hotel and settled for UberEats. We were supposed to have a private driver for the trip to Pilanesberg, but were on a crowded bus with 20+ people. Lucy did arrange for a driver to pick us up after the game drive.
Finally, there was to be an airport transfer for the other couple joining us. They waited half an hour at the airport and finally called an Uber to get to the hotel.

I say all this not to be critical of Lucy at all. She was very responsive. I just feel that there needs to be better communication of expectations to Moafrika.

There was supposed to be a private driver. We were on a bus with 20+ people.

Our guide in Morocco was Ilyace and he was outstanding. He had a firm grasp of English, extremely competent, and a pleasure to be around. He facilitated everything we wanted and needed him to do. Without question, we would request Ilyace when we return to Morocco. No hesitation.

Mohanad and Hanna were our city guides in Fez and Marrakech respectively. Both were great and very knowledgeable and gave us wonderful tours and experiences. Definitely a plus to have a guide from the individual city to explain all the nuances and sights that there is to see and experience..

The daily fish market is not to be missed. The boats come in and the fish is sold right off of them. Ultra fresh. You can purchase the fish in any quantity, they will clean then and then cook them right there on the wharf making for a perfect lunch.

I felt very safe and comfortable traveling the countryside with my assigned driver Yassine. There were countless highlights along the way. I ventured into the blue labyrinth of Chefchaouen. I gazed upon fields of wheat, poppy and roses. I walked amongst the hustle and bustle in the city medinas. I soared above mountains at sunset in a hot air balloon. I drank the culture in large gulps with the help of Rashid and Abdul, 2 very knowledgeable guides I met along the way.

Costa Rica was amazing, the trip that KimKim (Veronica) planned for us was on point. They listen to my requirements and provided the perfect itinerary. All excursion and guides were excellent and our most memorable sites were, 3 volcanos(La Poas, Arenal and Rincon de la Vieja; 7 waterfalls (loved the La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Oropendola - were we were able to swim next to the falls). The view of all the fauna and flowers that Costa Rica has, make you think that you are in paradise. All 3 hotels had great service and supported us in every need( Country Inn & Suites by Radison San Jose; Arenal Spring Resort & Spa(spa services were amazing); and Hotel Hacienda Guachepelin(great location within the Rincon de la Vieja Park). We loved our hot springs within the Hacienda Orosi. We made changes within our trip to add excursions and Veronica worked out the details for us, we loved her.
