I was looking for help booking a trip to Iceland, and Lisbet was really great to work with. She recommended excursions and attractions that were unique and tailored to our preferences. We made amazing memories that will last a lifetime thanks to her help! We especially loved the thermal hot springs in Hvammsvik, Loki tours whale watching, and the active geothermal areas like Geysir. Lisbet responded very quickly to all messages and questions. All of the arrangements were made for us, which made life so much easier. We had no issues with our bookings, including rental car, 3 different hotels, and a few activities. I will definitely use kimkim again.

Excellent tours and activities. The guide for our Bacari in Venice was so nice and fun. It was a lovely way to try different foods and drinks and learn about the city of Venice.

I loved our Hotel Berchielli in Florence. The location was excellent. The cooking class was a great experience and the walking tour was very informative.

Matteo was our guide/driver for the golf cart tour in Rome and shared many hidden gems of panoramic views and historic information.

Marina planned the most fantastic memorable Portugal vacation. I could not have asked for more. Each event was VERY nice. All of the drivers were professional and prompt. The hotels were located in the center of all of the fun.
Filipe gave is a very informative historical tour of Lisbon with so much to learn.
Paulo made sure that we missed nothing on our way to and through Sintra and Cascais. What a phenomenal lunch and tour. I felt like family there.
I also truly enjoyed a solo toru in Coimbra.
Celia provided a great overview of Porto and I did not want the tour to end.
The Douro Wine Valley tour- truly the highlight. Pedro demonstrated his love for his country and it's history with wine. He made it so much fun and our group was the envy of others on the boat.
Marina hit a 10+ on planning this tour. I will never forget this vacation...

Martina was amazing to work with. From the start, we were sure of our plans and vision for our trip, and she helped roll with all the changes and enthusiastically brought us new ideas. We truly felt taken care of and we could relax on our trip while. Rome was amazing, and every single driver that we had went above and beyond. It was very hot, and lots of things were closed or had weird hours due to the summer holiday, but we knew that all our things were pretty well taken care of because of Martina. The Colosseum especially, our guide was able to navigate all the crowds and knew all the secrets to skipping the lines and managing the heat. My family particularly loved the Gladiator experience; it was a huge hit with my son, and even my husband got involved. The golf cart tour on our first night was a great way to get acclimated to the city, hit all the major stops, and also some hidden gems, and our guide gave us so many great tips of how to spend the rest of the time in Rome (best restaurants, parks, places to hide from the crowds and heat). He even called and made us a reservation for dinner that night! We did do a food tour one night, which I think suffered a bit from some of the restaurants being closed for the holiday. But overall what an amazing experience and a great trip.

This day was really, really hot... so I think it impacted the experience a bit. Our guide was phenomenal at skirting the lines and knew all the employees at the Colosseum, so she could get us in and around the crowd which was great and a game changer for the day. She also knew more about the Colosseum and Roman history than I think anyone in the entire world, so impressive. Our 7-year-old had a hard time paying attention; it was a ton of information, and we could have used some moments to stop and breathe a bit. It felt a bit more like a lecture than a tour, and both my husband and I found ourselves forgetting to stop and look at things to just soak it in, because we felt we needed to pay attention to the lesson. She was very, very, very nice and I think would have been a great guide for an older group of people who had unlimited patience and had perhaps been there before and wanted a level 300 course.

This was a perfect addition to our trip, it helped have something that felt special to our kiddo and really kept him engaged. It was very warm, and there were lots of mosquitos, so bring bug spray! Our driver was so kind, but didnt know where we were going, so we had to circle around a bit. Then we got there over 45 minutes early before they were open, so we just sort of sat around and waited because we werent sure if there was anything close enough to leave and come back .

I have so many good things to say about this trip. Eduardo was great at planning with us and very communicative with us during the trip. We even had a problem when my girlfriend accidentally left her phone in one of the transport vans and arranged to have it se t on the next plane to get it back to us at our next location.

Josias was an amazing guide on both the day at Atitlán and on the Acatenango hike. He was great at both telling us stories of the culture and the area but also making it fun and lighthearted along the way. We can’t recommend him enough. In addition to a great guide the views of the Acatenango hike were once in a lifetime type experiences.

Kevin was a great local guide through all the villages around Atitlán and explaining the languages and the Mayan calendar. He took us to the Maximón house and gave us great insight into the local culture.

For our time in Tikal and Yaxhá Oliverio (Ollie) was so knowledgeable and added so much to the tours of all the ruins.

Fernando and Luis were great drivers and helped so much at the border crossing from Guatemala and Belize making it much easier than it might have been.

We loved the ATM caves and José was really great teaching us all the history of the Mayan use of the caves as well as all the geologic history of the caves, as well as all the flora and fauna on the hike.

In Cate Caulker Ragga Sailong Adventures guided by our captain Keanu and Penny were awesome showing us the best spots and getting to swim along manatees, sharks, rays, fish and all the fish on the reef was so amazing. They also had great food and drinks including some amazing ceviche.

Overall we loved the trip so much and everyone we came across were truly wonderful and I felt so lucky to be able to see their world through their eyes a bit. The hotels, food, ruins, volcano hike, snorkeling and all the activities were second to none.

Our driver guide Samir was fabulous. He was incredibly knowledgeable and could not have taken better care of us throughout our trip. Each city we visited, had its own charm and personality.

I worked with Tina on the Kimkim team to plan a 5 day trip to the island of Korcula. She was truly fantastic to work with as she was kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough in planning an adventurous, yet relaxing time for our family of 10, including 8 young adults in their 20's and 30's. She arranged a bicycle tour, as well as a walking tour for us with John, who was our guide. The tour included stops at wineries, honey, fig and olive farms. John, as well as the staff at these family run businesses were kind, generous and just plain fun to be with while hearing the history of farming and popular foods in Korcula. John was very helpful, humorous and a pleasure to spend time with. We also went on a water adventure day on a small yacht with Rocco and Zoran touring us around Korcula's beautiful islets, where our family went sea kayaking and snorkelling through crystal clear waters while taking in breathtaking views. Zoran even caught an octopus for us to hold and admire before placing it back into the water! The highlight of the water adventure day was to visit a secluded beach with a family run restaurant called the Extravaganza. Here, we ate the freshest and best outdoor oven roasted red snapper and John Dory fish, and side dishes, in our lives, and rated our culinary experience as one of the top 5 meals that we have ever had. Wow! As well, our dinners out in Korcula and Lumbarda were all fantastic! Thank you kindly for a wonderful memorable trip.

Fabio was an absolute pleasure to work with and booked the most incredible 2-week trip to Italy for us. We reached out with a vague itinerary and needed some guidance in terms of places to visit. Fabio was very helpful in terms of helping us narrow our focus and providing his honest assessment of what he thought we would like based on getting to know our preferences and desires for the trip. Fabio even suggested one town that we had not previously considered, which ended up being our favorite destination! He was very responsive, and overall a pleasure to work with. We had a number of calls to refine the itinerary, and each time Fabio was extremely patient and thorough. It is clear that Fabio cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Fabio was also very accessible while we were on the trip in terms of helping to adjust dinner reservations, and even helping us to change our train tickets an hour before the departure time when we were running late. Overall, the destinations and activities that Fabio recommended were fantastic, and we loved the hotels too. We would gladly work with Fabio again, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to plan a trip to Italy. Sebastian was very helpful in answering all our questions and creating a trip that met our needs. We had an amazing experience in France and learned so much thanks to him. He also was so patient with us during the planning process, much appreciated.
All of our accommodations were convenient and accessible by walking or train to attractions in Paris, Marseilles and Nice. We especially enjoyed our Maison du Monde hotel in Marseilles, the breakfast there was excellent. We also loved our Paris hotel Hotel Lorette and the lovely local neighborhood it was in.

All of our outings were very fun, educational, and the transportation and guides were prompt and friendly. Ezekiel in Marseille made special accommodations for our walking tour to meet the needs of our group and took extra time to assist us.

Megan was lovely and warm. Most of the places she suggested were amazing (the Wilder, the Monks and the sheepdog demonstration were wonderful as was the guide in Dublin).

The only disappointing hotel was the Galmont in Galway. A very very loud party with loud music made it impossible to sleep until the party ended around 1 am. It was a hotel that needs updating (bathroom flooded when you took a shower, paint peeling etc—not a place we would return ).

Highlights were definitely the amazing Wilder and Monks. Both of these spots were absolutely awesome.

Other than the Galmont we appreciated the recommendations from Kimkim.

First the good parts— 1. The breakfast was good and appreciated. 2. The location is outstanding right near the city center!!! Now the concerns 1. A party very loud kept us awake until 12:30. We complained and they said “we will make a note of your concern” and then never did anything. It was loud booming music. The sound proofing was nonexistent. 2. The rooms are very run down and in need of new carpet and paint and not a great smell in the rooms. 3. The bathroom flooded every time you took a shower. Overall (sadly) despite the great location, it was fine but certainly not somewhere we would return.

Mint was quick to take action to rebook outings and adjust hotel stay when a typhoon resulted in our flight being cancelled at the last minute. We stayed with family in a remote area of Thailand. On the day we transferred from this remote area to Bangkok, Mint found Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand where our family, including 6 grandchildren between 2-12 enjoyed seeing tigers, gibbons, and feeding elephants. The lunch buffet included with the tour was outstanding. It was good knowing we were supporting an organization that helps abused animals. The best part of going to the floating market was that we took a longboat tour to the floating market along a narrow canal that backed up to local’s homes. The Peking duck spring rolls in Bangkok’s Chinatown were delicious. This street food was provided by a fancy hotel vendor. We stayed at the beautiful Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort. The Manohra dinner cruise departs from the pier located at the Anantara hotel. The dinner cruise was enjoyable. When I inquired about discounts while on the cruise, staff gave us a Buy One Get One Free coupon at one of the Anantara bars. The extensive breakfast buffet at the Anantara Hotel was out of this world. The pool area is beautiful and the free gym was well appointed. Mint arranged for guides and drivers that arrived promptly. Mint was quick to respond to questions on What’s App and coordinated activities well. She was flexible in adjusting activities as the need arose. We enjoyed having a hotel near the night market in Hua Hin.
