Our guides, Lorena and Johnny; and our drivers, William, Ivan, and Carlos were excellent. The driver who took us to and from the Chilean/Bolivian border knew the procedure very well. The guides were exceptional, having very good local knowledge, cultural, political, geologic, archeological, etc. information. Their English language skills were very proficient and this was helpful for us non-Spanish speaking visitors.

The guides listened to our needs and wants and adjusted schedules accordingly. They understood that our group was photographically oriented and they readily accommodated our needs. They also were aware of good photo locations. They were customer-focused and attended to our needs. The afternoon snacks and beverages offered by the guides was a classy touch. Guides and drivers were on time.

Antonis was incredible in setting up our trip. We had a lot of specific requests that he handled perfectly. He was also very responsive - even after the trip began. We loved the different hotels that we stayed in and our drivers were always prompt and courteous, especially Mr. Dimitris Papadogiannis and Mr. Andreas Chatzisymeon.
Our private tour guide in Athens, Mrs. Zakia Koutsogianni , was wonderful as well. We had a fabulous walking tour fo Plaka and the Acropolis. She was very thorough and knows all the details of Greek history and had a fun way of presenting it to us.
All in all a fabulous trip that went very smoothly thanks to the hard upfront work of Antonis.
Will definitely use KimKim again and if we go back to Greece, will request Antonis!

Loved this quaint hotel on the top of the mountain. The view from our room was looking out over Nafplio and the water. Absolutely stunning. The staff was so courteous and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with homemade breads, eggs, fruit and yogurt. We loved the location and loved exploring Nafplio and swimming in the sea. It may be a difficult hotel to stay in for someone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

The 7 villages of Apokoronas

This was a nice tour of the 7 villages. It was informative and the guide was knowledgeable about local customs. We enjoyed seeing the ruins and the old church in the cave. I wish I had known that there is a lot of time in the van and that we would be stopping to eat 4 times ( coffee, bread sampling, cheese sampling and lunch) . The tour lasted about 7 hours.

We have just returned from our 14 day trip to Paris, Lyon, Annecy, Chamonix, Nice, Monaco, Aix en Province and Marseille and had an amazing time thanks to Emma who worked closely with us to plan and organise it all. The on line experience for planning, communicating and payment was easy to navigate. Communication and follow up during the planning and travelling stage was prompt and it was so reassuring to have a local person on hand to follow up on any queries or issues which inevitably arise when you travel. It's hard to pick a favourite place as every city/town was very different. If we were choosing based on charm and beauty then it would definitely be Annecy and Aix en Provence. Our favourite guided tours were the cultural and culinary walking in Lyon and the full day excursion to Monaco, Monte Carlo and Eze. Thanks again Emma for your travel experience, recommendations and support along the way, we have no hesitation in using kimkim again in the future.

Our favorite activity was the day spent st Chai Lai Orchid. Our guide Robert was phenomenal. The interaction with elephants was more than expected. The Chiang Mai tour with Marty was a learning experience. Marty answered all questions with good detail. Once in Phuket the trip to Phi Phi Island was very memorable and exciting Toy was great and treated us special. He always called us by name and made sure we were taken care of. The cooking class with Jim was a lot of fun, the best food we had on our trip.

I wanted to thank you and you team for planning an amazing trip to the Galápagos Islands. We were extremely happy with all of our accommodations, especially our hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff at the Acacia Hotel was wonderful, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed all of our excursions, especially our snorkeling excursion on Isabella Island. Our guide Darwin was fantastic. I will definitely use kimkim again.

Our trip to Ubud, Uluwatu, Kuta Lombok, and Gili Air was amazing. Ana curated a fun and interesting family trip to two adults and two teenagers. Having the friendly drivers booked and activities organised meant no hassles or decisions while there. It made the whole trip easier and everything worked! It was a good mix of temples, snorkelling, cooking, waterfalls, cycling and nice small hotels with great pools. Dengung on Bali and Suallii on Lombok were excellent drivers/guides. We would highly recommended Ana organises your holiday too.

The 9/25 morning Milan city tour was cancelled without notifying us. We waited at the meeting point for a long time. After contacting the local support, another activity was arranged at noon but it was only the Duomo visit for 1.5 hours vs. the planned morning activity for 4 hours.
The 10/2 driver pick up was late for 30 minutes.

We believe we should have some refund for the activity that did not happen as planned.

The entire trip was perfect! Well planned out along with all very knowledgeable guides. I cant really pinpoint one thing that stood out, but if there was one thing i would have to say Santorini was my favorite (other than the steps)! But then i think 🤔 maybe it was Naxos, very relaxing & i loved the farm to table meal or maybe it was Athens, the history (wish we could of had one more day there)! Like i said , LOVED the entire trip! It was a trip of a lifetime!❤️

The first hotel, the one in Rome I would not recommend for various reasons. The hotel in Sorrento is a great one as the one in Florence.

I would like to thank Valentine for the awesome trip she arranged for the five of us. She arranged a trip through Prague, Munich and the Alsace area. Valentine’s presented us with many options and was very flexible in helping us to change a few items along the way. Her suggestions for restaurants and sights to see were excellent and kept us busy. It was very easy to contact her if there was a question about something. She always got back to us timely and was just an email away if we needed help. Thank you Valentine for helping us to create a memorable trip.
The hotels in Prague and Munich were in wonderful locations and we could walk to so many fun sights and activities. The Spinnerhof Hotel in the Black Forest was in a beautiful setting. All hotels had helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast to enjoy every morning.
Blacklane provided our transfers between airports, hotels and train stations. The Blacklane drivers were always punctual, courteous and helpful. Wonderful service provided.
Our Prague tour guides Ernestena, Alzbeta and Dalibora were knowledgeable, interesting and fun to be with.

Our guide Dalibora provided a wonderful tour with many learnings along the way. While the rain fell fairly heavy that day, it did not stop us from completing our hike and boat ride. The lunch location was perfect to dry out a bit and enjoy a delicious meal.

Our booking seemingly went pretty well to begin with, but as the booking went on, I kept noticing mistakes that were in the booking that I had to catch, rather than my agent. For instance, the week before leaving for Italy, I realize that one of our reservations for 2 couples was a room with 1 bed and 2 sleeper cots. I'm not sure about you, but me and my husband do not go on vacation to sleep on opposite twin size sleeper cots in the same room as another couple....Had I not found that myself, that is what we would have been greeted with in our arrival to Naples, Italy. I also feel that our hotel location in Naples was located closely to the train station, but it was VERY far away from everything else and in a very unfortunate looking neighborhood. Where if we had been relocated a few miles away, there were some much nicer and safer appearing neighborhoods. Another issue I had with my booking was the lack of transparency. Later into our trip, things did not seem to add up in price and we asked for an itemized list of our booking, in which our agent refused to do so -- stating that it would break the trust with local vendors. Well, it broke your trust with me -- your client. Also, later in the trip, (after having already paid all the Kimkim fees and trip off entirely) I asked for assistance booking a tour to the Blue Grotto, and the agent said that she could help book, but there would be an additional Kimkim service charge for helping me do so, even though....I'd already paid a large service charge for the planning services........Overall, the trip was good. But I've used other agents before that I had much better experiences and much more transparency.

The location of this accommodation is off putting. When we arrived, we were worried about safety. Once entering the accommodation, it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's not close to the city center, but is close to the train station. It's very loud at night with cars and people yelling.

I LOVED this b&b. The owners were so sweet and very hospitable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and felt like you were staying with family. They made wonderful breakfast for us every morning. They had filtered water available in the kitchen 24/7. The property was so beautiful, and I would definitely stay here again. The only con -- which for me -- wasn't much of a con is that in October, they do not use air conditioning. So, if you're hot natured, this may not be the best for you that time of year. As some of our days in Florence were nearly 80 degrees and we couldn't use the a/c. But overall, I was comfortable with the temperature most of the time. We loved this b&b.

We spent two great weeks on our trip, one in the Atacama Desert in Chile and one in Uyuni, Bolivia. Our guides in Chile, Lorena and JD, were so knowledgeable and fun. William, our driver, was very kind and patient. Our guide Jhonny and our drivers Carlos and Iván in Bolivia were equally as wonderful. We felt so well cared for during the entire time. Our guides and drivers even prepared delicious breakfasts and lunches for us while we were on the road. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and have fun! We didn't always sit back and relax; sometimes we did some hiking, too. We felt the whole trip was very successful. Thank you to Lorena at Kimkim for setting everything up for us and allowing us not to have to worry about anything. I was nervous about crossing the Bolivian border, but since we had prepared so thoroughly beforehand, it wasn't difficult at all. If you're an American, fill out paperwork online at Bolivian website and have it printed along with the USD cash to buy the VISA. I highly recommend this trip. So beautiful!

Discovering the Salt Flats of Uyuni was a magical experience. The drivers made it fun with creative photography, and despite initial reluctance, we all participated and ended up with some fantastic photos.

I was a bit reluctant to book on Kim Kim because I usually plan all of our travel myself. It ended up being a great decision because I didn’t have the time and would not have been able to organize such a seamless vacation. Sarah was easy to communicate with and responded quickly by email before and by WhatsApp during our trip. I would highly recommend!

Our Pintxos tour in Bilbao was a great start to our Spanish adventure , then we went off to Rioja for a winery tour with Itziar - she really knew the local wineries! Reza was an amazing guide to the Prado museum in Madrid - very knowedgeable! Train tickets were ready at hand for our train trips - amazing trains in Spain. Tour of Alhambra in Grenada was very special - amazing mashup of cultures. In Seville, the market tour and cooking class were both a treat to experience. The trip planning app was very easy to use - great to have all the info and tickets in one place.

Private driver took us through a part of Spain that I didn't know much about. Scenery was magnificent - the mountains, the valleys, and the olive groves. Spent a hour in Ronda, and then 2 hours in Grazalema, and then stopped at a lookout in the mountains. Bonus: Blood and Love Festival was in Grazalema - a re-enactment of a historical event from 1832.

Driver didn't speak much English, so wasn't able to tell us much about the countryside we went thru, or what to see/do in either Ronda or Grazalema. He wasn't aware of the stop to see the lookout for the vultures, but we were able to direct him to it.

The KimKim experience was overall excellent, particularly for a first-time traveler looking to hit the "must-see" events in a new country.

Shona and her team communicated clearly and fluidly each and every step of the way, including helping and adjusting schedules when I got in a (minor and self-inflicted) jam with train travel, facilitating when I wanted to change a few plans last minute, and staying in contact throughout the trip.

The tour guides appointed were lovely and thorough, and the hotels picked were top-notch, as were all travel accommodations within the country.

Generally an excellent experience, highly recommend, and being clear what it is you're looking to get out of the trip -- the more information you provide, the better they're able to tailor the experience.
